Abstract:

Huizhou traditional settlement has its unique cultural characteristic which plays an important role in Chinese ancient culture of settlement. Analyzing the Huizhou traditional settlement from the five elements of city image, it draws a conclusion that the features of Huizhou traditional settlement can be applied to design concept for modern urban ecological development.
