Study on Major Field Energy Efficiency Testing Techniques for Buildings in Regions that are Hot in Summer and Cold in Winter

Article Preview

Abstract:

Building energy efficiency testing is an important way to verify whether buildings have measured up to energy efficiency design criteria. On the basis of current state of energy efficient building and construction in regions that are hot in summer and cold in winter, this paper makes an attempt at the analysis of key factors of residential building energy efficiency tests, and focuses on the technical points of field testing on heat transfer coefficient, thermal bridge, thermal defect of residential building envelope as well as room air tightness.
