Abstract:

Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Practice in small towns shows that Comprehensive and in-depth disaster prevention and mitigation behavior is an important way to reduce disaster losses, At the same time, the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation of small towns is to ensure the steady development of agriculture, to meet the objective requirements of social reproduction and human survival needs.
