Parameters Design and Motion Analysis of Rolling-Cut Shears

Abstract:

Based on analysis and transformation of structure and parameters of the introduced 4300mm rolling-cut shears, the paper designed a new rolling-cut shears of large span. The paper gives a comparative study of the up blade locus and parameters between introduced 4300mm rolling-cut shears and new large span rolling-cut shears, to arrive at a conclusion that the new large span rolling-cut shears provide longer cutting steps.
