Petri Net Applied in Pulverizing System Reliability Analysis

Article Preview

Abstract:

The main objective of the paper is to analyze the reliability of pulverizing system with Petri net. The events and logical gate in Petri net model to forecast and analyze accidents, and the structure of the model, are minutely established aiming at coal pulverizing system in this article. Some reachable identification graphs are analyzed and the minimum cut sets, which leads to accident, and the minimum path sets to control and prevent the accident taking place are obtained. For obtaining good results of the practice of power plant, it can be applied to the other industry area. The results are beneficial for the plant personnel to analyze the systems behavior and improve their performance by adopting suitable maintenance strategies.
