Tribotechnical Properties Lead Bronzes

Abstract:

In operation legitimacies structure shaping lead antifrictional bronzes gained are studied at various requirements of crystallisation by a modification of velocity of refrigeration of casting moulds. Influence of a microstructure of studied materials on them tribotechnical properties is explored. It is displayed that lowering of velocity of refrigeration lead bronzes leads to friction coefficient lowering. For multicomponent lead-tin bronzes, lowering of velocity of refrigeration lead bronzes leads to magnification of value of a friction coefficient and growth of mechanical properties.
