The Application and Practice of ATLAS on ATE

Abstract:

ATLAS is a kind of standard testing language.The test program developed by ATLAS has little to do with the actual hardware and is based on signal.So it can be widly used in all kinds of auto test equipment.A detailed process to develop ATE by ATLAS is described in this paper and good results have been obtained in the application. ATLAS is an ideal testing language to develop test program of ATE.
