Design and Realization of the Air Heater Temperature Control

Abstract:

In order to fulfill the application requirements of foundry industry, especially for the bulky casting sand, a kind of desiccations resolution using the air heater is put forward. The realization of kernel control units, the temperature collection circuit and the control system algorithm, has been given a detailed description. It is proved by the simulation results in the open environment that, this programming has a more satisfactory response speed and a relatively high degree of coincidence heating curve, and also, it can be better meet the design requirements of the air heater temperature control in foundry industry.
