Abstract:

Since preliminary work has a great significance to engineering project, this paper analyzes construction organization methods taken in which by both Chinese and western countries base on the engineering fixity, and put forward a better organization method and improving direction for our engineering projects by comprehensive comparison of the similarities and differences between two areas.
