Steam Dewaxing Casting Controller Based on S7-200 PLC

Abstract:

Aim at introducing the hardware equipment of the steam dewaxing casting, automation control principle and wax model shell recycling. Realized the automation steam dewaxing based on S7-200PLC, upper PC machine monitors the whole process of dewaxing with exchanging data through HMI, and put forward the best time and pressure to aerate.
