Abstract: Wind energy curtailment to reduce wind power and solving wind power grid connected problem is the key element to increase wind power grid-connected and promote renewable energy development. Firstly, from the perspective of clean energy development ,utilization and increasing in wind farm investment income, this paper has analyzed the reason of wind energy curtailment, and summarized effective policies for the management of wind energy curtailment from all over the world. On this basis, this paper considered the loss of interest of thermal units during wind power peak regulation, in order to enhance the enthusiasm of thermal units to participate wind power and thermal power bale delivery, this paper has established wind power, thermal power bale delivery model of calculation of interest. From the numerical example, we conclude that after wind power and thermal power generation rights trading, the wind turbine will get higher revenue due to higher pool purchase price,while thermal power units are exposed to a loss because the tradeoff price is lower than the stake electrovalence.

Abstract: A Cost-Benefit matrix linear programming model is proposed to optimally allocate industrial sectors layout. The integrated matrix of maximized benefit and minimized cost factors, comprising environmental and technological factors of output, carbon emission and context, is associated with fuzzy factor t to form multiple objective functions. Resulting of the illustrative model implies that carbon emissions less than 3% are appeared from base year to neighboring year after applying the C-B model. Significantly, the optimal method can yield benefits, reduce carbon emissions, and systematically arrange industrial distribution for policy-making.

Abstract: When the price of one commodity changes, its social demand will also change. As a motivation for the social economic development, once energy consumption price changes, producers will change the product price which will affect the final consumers and cause the social demand changes. The change of every social products price and demand will directly affect the gross social production value .And every products different price elasticity will change the economy structure and energy consumption situation which will further affect the emission pollution. So grasping the implementing effects of energy price policy helps to formulate a proper energy price policy, optimize the economic structure, improve the energy efficiency and lower the pollution emission level without seriously influencing the economic development. This paper focuses on the differential power pricing policy and sets up its influencing and decision-making models to the energy price policy.

Abstract: A single bubble growth after boiling in square vertical tube is studied numerically to better understand bubble formation factors and as well as its moving behavior after departure. The effects of heating surface area and viscosity of fluid are investigate with nucleation time, bubble departure time, bubble dimension as well as boiling curve. The study indicate that the larger heating surface area, the smaller bubble departure diameter and higher nucleation frequency. The larger of viscosity of fluid, the smaller moving deviation from central axis after bubble departure and smaller deformation of the bubble.

Abstract: For a long time, there is serious cross-subsidization among the power sales prices in China, and tiered pricing of household electricity is a new price measure for power consumption equity, resources utilization rationality and then achieving resources conservation and environmental protection. Based on demand side response theory, the optimization model of tiered pricing of household electricity with objective function of minimum household electricity consumption was built, and the coal-saving effect of tiered pricing was studied. The results of case study indicate that energy and coal saving effect of tiered pricing is remarkable.

Abstract: Solar energy and wind energy is the important renewable energy source, a control strategy of small wind-solar hybrid generator equipment is present based on Programmable Logical Controller (PLC). A maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control method was used to increase the efficiency of the using of wind and solar energy.

Abstract: Emergency decision making during nuclear reactor accidents is a complex decision-process. The decision must take many factors into account, including many uncertain factors. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) takes into account of qualitative factors and quantitative factors,which makes the decision more reasonable and scientific. In this paper, fuzzy mathematics is exploited to enlarge analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to the fuzzy condition. The maximum membership degree of each scheme is calculated through the establishment of fuzzy complementary judgment matrix, thus the optimal scheme is obtained. It shows that the fuzziness of evaluation index in the nuclear accidents emergency decision scheme selection process can be effectively solved by AHP so as to improve efficiency of emergency decision scheme optimization process and the accuracy of the results.

Abstract: In the production process for large and heavy workpieces of Nuclear Islande equipment and Hydrogenation reactor, Turn is the important technics of the convergence of every technological process, and a direct impact on production efficiency and production safety and production quality. The researching and manufacturing of overloaded upender for large and heavy workpieces will effectively contribute to the improvement of the production capacity. The force model under maximum load conditions is established. The force of upender body in the eversion process is analyzed. The main drive torque formula for upender turnover is obtained. From the actual functioning of the overloaded upender for large and heavy workpieces, carring a maximum load, the upender flip process is dynamic simulation on ADAMS. After the results were compared with theoretical calculations showed that: the variation between the two is consistent. The main parameter for driving of upender is designed. By theoretical calculations confirming simulation with each other, in simulation model, the feasibility of using the contact vice for defining non-hinged rotation vice is verified. And a new solution is provided for adding non-hinged rotation vice constraints to a similar shstem dynamics model. In this paper work it has an engineering value for the design of large and heavy equipment.

Abstract: Large customers direct electricity purchase mode is a new electricity purchase mode introduced in the electricity market reform. It can not only further explore the potential of electricity market, but also introduce the competition mechanism on the electricity sale side, perfect the price system to rationally allocate resources according to the price signal. Combined with chinas electricity market-oriented reforming direction, this paper learns from the abroad electricity direct purchase experience, relates the important and difficult issues in large customers direct electricity purchase and finally figure out the sequence of large users direct electricity purchase. Structurally,based on the analysis of the basic theory, it builds an evaluation indicator system of large customers direct electricity purchase from multiple types of power suppliers and further use entropy method to process consistently and dimensionless. Finally combines gray correlation degree with ideal point method to evaluate the sequence of direct electricity purchase.

Abstract: Aiming at finding the effect of load changing on electricity market, this paper studied Cournot model with asymmetric information based on load forecasting. Firstly, a perfect competition market structure with asymmetric information was built, and a market equilibrium price was obtained based on Cournot model with no load forecasting. Then, using game theory, the impact of load forecasting on intrinsic market power is evaluated analytically based on Cournot model. Finally, the relationship between market equilibrium price, generators profits and the load forecasting result k was obtained by numerical simulation. Some insights were got from this paper. The accuracy of load forecasting will directly affect profits of investment, market equilibrium prices and market forces. And load forecasting is useful if the forecasting error rate is held under 33%. Therefore, the key is to improve the accuracy of load forecasting.
