Abstract: The anchor characteristics are important factors in the quality of surface treatment of the tube, a good anchor pattern characteristic will ensure the best adhesion between the coating and the substrate. Surface roughness, micro-roughness spacing of anchor pattern and anchor pattern depth are main factors composed of anchor pattern characteristics. Adhesion prediction model was constructed using the BP artificial neural network , according to the relationships between the adhesion and various factors , which not only can achieve nonlinear relationships with high prediction accuracy between the anchor characteristic and adhesion, but also shorten the test time and reduce testing costs.

Abstract: In order to realize a simultaneous acquisition of the mixed vehicle-carrying signals, this paper put forwards a new acquisition system that synchronous controls the digital IO module, the vibration-and-noise module, the electrical pressure module, the temperature-measuring module, as well as the CAN module, under the mode of FPGA, which is based on the embedded platform CompacRIO, and it could also be controlled by both PC and PDA. The operating procedures of this system are highly reliable and compatible, specifically designed to be people-oriented. This paper gives a full introductions to how the multi-mixed signals are simultaneously collected, the deepening of the FIFO on FPGA, and how it could be controlled by PDA. Finally, the efficiency and stability of the system would be proved through the practical pressure tests of data-acquisition.

Abstract: Aiming at the important parameters of industrial process can not be online measured by sensors, this paper proposes a soft sensor modeling method based on PSO-SVR, and analyzes the technical bottleneck of the soft measurement model applied in engineering, designs the online application system of soft-sensing model with OPC technology. This paper discusses in detail the implementation steps of exchanging data between MATLAB algorithm model and WinCC industrial control configuration platform with OPC technology. The method has the advantages of simple integration and easy to implement, has certain application value.

Abstract: Although SaaS is a new application model, the phenomenon of software aging still exists, which will cause service performance decline ceaselessly, even worse, service failure. In order to ensure SaaS performance, we need to estimate the degree of software aging accurately, so as to provide a basis to the resource allocation strategy. In this paper we describe the process of calculating software aging degree, and build a performance metrics system according to gray correlation degree analysis, then calculate SaaS software aging degree based on fuzzy evaluation. Finally, we verify the effectiveness of our measurement method of software aging in cloud by experiments.

Abstract: The task of multi-sensors data fusion technology is to obtain more precise estimate of object state and light path than single sensor through dealing with the information from different sensors. The paper puts forward the ideal of applying the data fusion theory to O-E theodolite system, based on the data fusion theory and Kalman filter and estimate theory. At the condition of losing and covering object, the theodolite tracks object normally. The theory of multi-sensors data fusion is validated improving acquiring and tracking ability of the theodolite effectively in practice.

Abstract: According to Chinas first census for water requirements, Beijing Institute of Surveying and Mapping measured the Kunming lake reservoir capacity for the first time. Combining with the application of measurement of Kunming Lake storage capacity with GPR, this paper give a method on city lake storage capacity measuring, and then analyses the feasibility of measurement with GPR, summary variety of advantages and disadvantages in this work. In the end, the paper give a lot of advice on Measurement of city lake storage capacity with GPR.

Abstract: For the characteristics of urban centralized heating system are wide geography coverage and large span of density distribution in the monitoring system but having regular, the paper put forward a remote communication mode combined by WSN and GPRS. As the background of the remote monitoring for the client operating condition in heating network, the paper elaborate the structure of urban remote monitoring system for heating network, and the design idea of its hardware and software. As well as the WSN self-organized protocol is analyzed carefully. The scheme can effectively solve the industrial field problem, which industrial environment is difficult to wire, and the construction and running cost is high in the remote monitoring system. It also has high application value.

Abstract: In this paper an imaging system for bus traffic conflict investigation is presented. The system employs geo-referenced stereo sequences and tracking procedure to provide much greater information regarding pre-crash and crash events than what is currently available. The exploitation of the traffic conflict technique potentiality as a surrogate safety measure could constitute an effective tool in understanding how the driver interacts and adapts its behavior with respect to the vehicle, the road characteristics, the traffic control devices and the environment. Experiments performed on real data acquired in urban context confirm the effectiveness of the system for the traffic conflicts measurement and the driver behavior analysis.

Abstract: According to the number of cluster centers, initial cluster centers, fuzzy factor, iterations and threshold, Fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm (FCM) clusters the data set. FCM will encounter the initialization problem of clustering prototype. Firstly, the article combines the maximum and minimum distance algorithm and K-means algorithm to determine the number of clusters and the initial cluster centers. Secondly, the article determines the optimal number of clusters with Silhouette indicators. Finally, the article improves the convergence rate of FCM by revising membership constantly. The improved FCM has good clustering effect, enhances the optimized capability, and improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the clustering. It has better tightness in the class, scatter among classes and cluster stability and faster convergence rate than the traditional FCM clustering method.

Abstract: In this paper, the technical parameters of SPOT 6 are simply introduced, and the definition and error compensation scheme of the RPC model are discussed in detail. A SPOT 6 image of Beijing area was picked up to test the correction accuracy of SPOT 6 based on the RPC model by using ten schemes. Results show that the accuracy of ortho-rectification can reach 6 pixels (9 meters) without control point. And the RPC model base on affine transformation is the most adaptive for processing SPOT6 image.
