Abstract: Almost all load bearing components usually experience variable amplitude loading (VAL) rather than constant amplitude loading (CAL) during their service lives. The present study aims at evaluating residual fatigue life under VAL by adopting a dynamical coefficient mechanics (DCM) model which we have reported. New formulas connecting the crack length with number of cycles and expressions for the FCG rate under VAL have been derived and were used to predict crack propagation. The ratios of predicted-to-experimental lives range from 1.00 to 1.04, which indicates that the results obtained from this DCM model are in good agreement with experimental data from published literatures and cover all stages of fatigue crack growth curve.

Abstract: By Studying the Principle of Single Side-Band Mixing, a New Method Based on Quadrature Phase Shift for Generating High-Precision Offset Frequency was Proposed. Different Solutions of Precision Quadrature Phase Shift were Designed for Different Frequencies, Including Combining Analog Quadrature Splitter and Wire Delay for 10MHz, Combining Digital Phase Shift Module Using CPLD, Digital Delay Line Chip and Wire Delay for 10kHz. According to the Design Goal, the Design Parameters and Requirements of Narrow-Band Low-Loss Filter were Analyzed. Finally, an Offset Frequency Generator Whose Output Frequency is 9.99999MHz was Developed and an Experiment System is Constructed to Test the Performance of the High-Precision Offset Frequency Generator. According to the Experiment Results, the Following Conclusion can be Drawn that the Allan Deviation of the 9.99999MHz Offset Frequency Generator is 4.03e-13 which is close to the Frequency Stability of 10MHz Signal of Hydrogen Maser MHM-2010 of Sigma Tau Corporation. the High-Precision Offset Frequency Generator can be Used as a Common Source in Dual Mixer Time Difference and as a Reference Signal in Beat Frequency Method.

Abstract: When extrusion molding, the pressure fluctuations within the nose is the largest problem in the extruder production. In the present, we use mainly to change speed to adjust the pressure fluctuations, but knowledge is still relatively scarce on relation between the speed and pressure. By CFX fluid simulation of flow field distribution in extruder based on PVC production, we obtain the law of pressure with the change of speed, which provide guidance for the control of press inside the extruder.

Abstract: What this paper studies is based on the attention people pay to the life and health, the medical industry development affects the consumption behavior of people, while consumption guides the product design of the medical-caring bed. With the method of perceptual engineering science, analyzing the perceptual characteristics of household medical-caring bed in actual cases and the emotional appeal of consumers to medical-caring bed, setting up the relational model between the perceptual image and appearance design of the medical-caring bed and providing the sample of the application of the perceptual technology in product design, which have certain reference value of the design of similar products.

A Theoretical Model and Construction of Equipment Spot-Inspection Maintenance System for Coal Mining
Abstract: Equipment management is one of the key factors of coal mining safe-production, the traditional equipment management methods can no longer meet the real-time and automation needs of modern management. Based on fault diagnosis, sensor network and wireless communication technology, this article proposes a new modern equipment spot-inspection maintenance (ESIM) system for coal mining, and further explains the three-level logical model and construction method of it. The ESIM can achieve the requirements of real-time monitoring, automation control and intelligent analysis, which helps improve scientific management of coal equipment.

An Exploration on the Innovation Methods of the Printing and Packaging Machinery Based on Simulation
Abstract: Printing and packaging machinery have complex technology motion. The mechanism is composed of different basic mechanism. The mechanism design is an important stage in Innovation Design of Printing and Packaging Machine. The mechanics design applying Solideworks three dimensions design software and Matlab Simulation was introduced; in the design stage, assemble interference and interference detection of the mechanics were made by Solideworks Visible model; on the basis, the analysis on the kinematics and dynamics of machinery by Matlab Simulation were done. The application example shows the Solideworks three dimensions design and Matlab Simulation is a perfect design method.

Abstract: According to the study on the information technology status of domestic shipbuilding industry, aiming as the demand of full-vision and effective management mode of curved block construction scheduling, the HCI (Human-computer Interaction) spatial layout and planning technique of curved block is proposed. Through Several technical points and rich-client application, the graphics vector modeling of curved block and the dual-dimension block layout and planning dynamic display technology are achieved, then on these bases an HCI scheduling management technology with graphics transformation as core is put forward. Finally, a prototype system was designed and developed to verify in practice.

Abstract: With the winch widely used in the construction machinery, The people put forward the higher requirements to the technical indicators of winch system. According to the basic requirements of the winch system, the body member and transmission scheme of winch are detailed built. Then, by the AMESim software the simulation model of winch is established and solved on the static balance in order to simulate the actual operating system. As is demonstrated that virtual prototyping tends to be stable after thirty minutes.

Abstract: The coppery gasket in water-saving valve used to be produced by NC turnery.The gasket manufactured by the processing method has higher accuracy, but it has high cost, and low productivity. This article improved the processing of coppery gasket, and Analysed the method of stamping processing, and designed the mold for coppery gasket in water-saving valve. This method not only ensured the product quality,but also improved productivity and reduced cost. And it Can provide the reference for similar parts.
