Analysis and Research of the Winch System

Abstract:

With the winch widely used in the construction machinery, The people put forward the higher requirements to the technical indicators of winch system. According to the basic requirements of the winch system, the body member and transmission scheme of winch are detailed built. Then, by the AMESim software the simulation model of winch is established and solved on the static balance in order to simulate the actual operating system. As is demonstrated that virtual prototyping tends to be stable after thirty minutes.
