Analysis of Coppery Gasket in Water-Saving Valve Stamping Processing and Mold Design

Abstract:

The coppery gasket in water-saving valve used to be produced by NC turnery.The gasket manufactured by the processing method has higher accuracy, but it has high cost, and low productivity. This article improved the processing of coppery gasket, and Analysed the method of stamping processing, and designed the mold for coppery gasket in water-saving valve. This method not only ensured the product quality,but also improved productivity and reduced cost. And it Can provide the reference for similar parts.
