Abstract: nformation transformation is important for state-owned manufacturing enterprises to improve the warehousing efficiency. Our work was: that with EDI in Intranet, applying the network database technology, designed the raw materials database and its application system for a large component supplier. Practice shows that this system realizes centralizing and processing for all kinds of contracts, suppliers, wagons, planning, bills for collection and inventory data. Thereby improve validity and timeliness of raw material delivery; reduce inventory management cost.

Abstract: This paper empirically investigates the factors determining Chinas ODI location choice based on 105 host countries panel data over 2004 to 2009. The main contribution is using Chow test to reveal the significant difference in factors determining Chinas ODI towards developed and developing host countries. Chinas ODI demonstrates resource and efficiency seeking in developing countries, while does not exhibit technology seeking in developed countries.

Abstract: With the development of Condition-Based Maintenance, there is an urgent need for failure dependence of redundant components in parallel system. In this paper, Markov maintenance cost decision analysis based on failure dependence of components was put forward, moreover, maintenance cost optimal model of parallel system with cost rate was established, meanwhile, the minimum cost rate as well as corresponding optimal detection interval was obtained. Finally, failure dependence and dependent failure rate to parallel system maintenance cost optimal model were studied and realized to prove this theory.

Abstract: The spare part requirement forecast is the base of maintenance management. The exact requirement forecast an important approach to improve availability and safety of the equipments and reducing the life cycle cost of equipments. The spare part requirement are not exactly forecasted under the traditional renewal suppose, hence it easily cause waste of money and backlog of goods. To improve the ability of repairable system spare part supporting under the imperfect maintenance, this paper researches on the spare part requirement forecast for the repairable systems under imperfect maintenance, provides the spare part requirement forecast models based on quasi-renewal theory and calculates the lower and upper bounds of systems availability. Finally, an example reveals the efficiency and operability of the model.

Abstract: Knowledge creation serves as the core competence of the supply chain. The supply chain knowledge creation theory model, which consists of the epistemological dimensionality and the ontological dimensionality, is to be constructed. With the help of this model, the conversion of the complementary knowledge and the heterogeneity knowledge in the supply chain through three modes is researched, and such conversion is gradually amplified through the individuals, organizations and enterprises in the supply chain; therefore, the supply chain continuously expands, with the scale effect and the innovation ability obtained. Finally, the place of knowledge creation, namely the space and the space type of knowledge creation, is discussed.

Abstract: Industry security system is a complex giant system, madding up of multiple subsystems, and presenting features of hierarchy and complexity. Based on the industrial security characteristics and requirements, using the theory and method of system science, this paper analyzes the related issues of industry security. And the research mainly regards to industry security system components and the correlation between each element. And the model of correlation for industry security system elements is put forward innovatively, which has certain practical significance.

Abstract: This paper conducted a study on the comprehensive maintenance combined by time-based replacement and time-based detection. The sourse and policy of comprehensive maintenance were introduced in details. Based on availability and cost, comprehensive maintenance model were established respectively. For exponential distribution, optimized the modle, and finally through examples compared the advantages and disadvantages of the models.

Abstract: In the context of FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) inflow, how to obtain a comparative advantage of Chinese local manufacturing industry supply chain management in the competition becomes particularly important. In the analysis of the inadequacies of the traditional local manufacturing supply chain model and the traditional mode of supply chain modal, which are put forward by producers oriented and customer-oriented of international manufacturing management mode，and analyze Chinese local manufacturing Lean Agile Supply Chain Management mode in the context of FDI（Foreign Direct Investment） inflow

Abstract: In order to meet the customer's individual needs and help enterprises to provide accurate customer service, we created an analysis model of relationships between products and customer based on the theory of data mining theory. In this paper, we put forward four analysis models including "star product selection matrix", "return of goods analysis", "price spread rate analysis" and" product preference analysis" using databases and information technology. Through analysis of the actual retail sales records about the products, services and check leak, we did a quantitative research of relationships between products and customer using the model which we made. It helps the enterprise made a rational sale decisions and got a good economic benefits.
