Abstract: Wind energy has become a leading developing direction in electric power. The high cost associated with turbine maintenance is a key challenging issue in wind farm operation as wind turbines are hard-to access for inspection and repair. Analysis of an onshore wind farm is carried out in this paper in terms of the operation, failure, and maintenance. Failures are categorized into three classes according to the downtime. It is found that the pitch, gearbox and generator have the most amount of downtime, while the most number of failures is from the pitch and electric system. A discrete-event model is developed by using Arena to simulate the operation, failure occurrence, and maintenance of the wind turbines, with an aim to determine the main factors influencing maintenance costs and the availability of the turbines in the wind farm.

In this paper, via principal component analysis, make the overall comparison and evaluation on the situation of China's energy efficiency. Changes in the industrial structure and energy consumption structure are the most important factor affecting energy efficiency.

Abstract: In today’s society, market competition is unusually intense. In order to reduce operating costs, there are a considerable number of labor service employments in some positions in enterprises, especially in large retail enterprises which are particularly prominent because of their operating characteristics, but because some enterprises are affected by various limitations, there are law consciousness and insufficient understanding about legal risk of labor service employment, therefore a considerable labor service disputes come into being. It is an important issue to be settled urgently how to reduce legal risk of labor service employment in enterprises, and avoid reasonably labor service risk. The paper puts forward reasonable and legitimate solutions from several aspects such as the legitimate and perfect service agreements, labor service management, reasonable arrangement of labor service jobs, properly handling of labor’ personal injuries and accidents, and so on.

Abstract: For the soft rock roadwaysupporting problems, using the conventional methods cannot effectively controlthe deformation and failure. This paper took B103W01 transport gateway projectin Shajihai coal mine as example and analyzed its deformation failure reasonand deformation mechanism and determined the specific measures of transformingcompound mechanism of deformation mechanics into a single type. In the end, weput forward coupling support technology of constant resistance and largedeformation bolt + hollow grouting anchor + corner grouting steel pipe, whichhad been applied to engineering practice. The monitoring results showed thatthe supporting effect was good. So it can be used for reference for the similarconditions of roadway supporting.

Abstract: Kinds of plastic injection molding machines were widely used in plastic products industry. The electric energy consumption of injection molding machine was an important part of the production cost of plastic products. Injection molding machines main energy saving methods such as the variable frequency speed regulation and electromagnetic heating were analyzed. The various methods of energy saving effect were evaluated through actual measurements, The advantages and disadvantages of various energy saving mode were also pointed out. The energy saving space and benefit in this industry was analyzed from the view of technology economy.

Abstract: The equipment manufacturing industry is the key factor to determine a countrys international competitiveness. The paper studies the development characteristics and the status of the equipment manufacturing industry in developed countries and China. Then it puts forward four development directions of the equipment manufacturing in Jidong area: depend on advantageous industries to develop large-scale equipment manufacturing; expand rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry based on the existing foundation; form the Jidong ship and marine engineering equipment industry cluster and attach importance to the development of new equipment manufacturing.

Abstract: The common acceptance sampling plan needs to specify two points in the operating characteristic curve, which represent the producers and customers risks, respectively. The points are determined in a subjective way and hence may result in unfairness. This paper presents a new approach, which determines the acceptance sampling plan based on the condition that the risks of producer and customer at acceptable quality level are the same. Another condition is introduced to control the mean risk of producer. The approach can considerably simplify the design of acceptance sampling plan, and is illustrated by an example.

Abstract: Considering the uncertainty of maintainability design factors and the fuzzy preference information in evaluation values, an evaluation and decision-making method of maintainability was proposed. The linguistic assessment values of maintainability design factors were converted to trapezoid fuzzy numbers by fuzzy set theory, and decision weights under fuzzy preference were given based on maximizing deviation method. Then, evaluation model of maintainability design was established, and confidence index of evaluating decision was given. At last, a case study was given and the result showed that the method is reasonable and effective for maintainability evaluation.
