Abstract: In the construction projects there has been accompanied by the emergence of risk from the investment decision-making of the building units to the contractors bidding on projects. Therefore, in order to satisfy the interests of construction units, It is necessary to carry out its comprehensive evaluation of the risk of bidders. In this paper, according to the fuzzy mathematics theory, we discuss the relevant principles of fuzzy evaluation and calculation method, and more, analyze a project example. State the application of this method in construction bidding. Provide the decision supports for the related Companies.

Abstract: In china, Science is widely misused in recent decades. In fact, science has broad and narrow sense. Based on broad and narrow perspective, this paper defines the concept of science, and points out the differences between intension and extension of it. The author analyzes three features of narrow scientific method and the problems of its method itself, clarifies errors in learning and living when using the concept of science, indicates that narrow sense of science is not equivalent to truth itself; the opposition and rejection do not exist between Faith and Science.

Abstract: This paper is aimed at discussing the sustainable development of innovative product design. From the theoretical point of view of sustainable development, this paper explores the three stages in innovative mechanical Products design: concept development, material selection and life cycle control. The main result is to infuse the concept of sustainable development into these three stages in order to provide new room for development of innovative mechanical Products design. This paper breaks new grounds in specifying the process of innovation of mechanical Products design, enabling the binding point of theory and practice to be more practicable and concrete.

Abstract: Lots of hydraulic valves lose efficacy every year because of the complex mechanism of construction machinery, bad working conditions and changeable objects. These invalid hydraulic valves were melted down in the oven and then reused. However, the additional value of valves is wasted, and it will consume a lot of resources. The remanufacturing industry, which is becoming more and more mature, can solve this problem. The hydraulic valve can be remanufactured by recollection and using professional technology. Here is an introduction of failure modes and remanufacturing process of hydraulic valve, and also a deep analysis to the benefits of economy, resources and environment. It turned out that remanufacturing can restore the function of the invalid hydraulic valve and shorten the production cycle. It also can save costs by 55%, save resources by 85% and save material by 90%.

Abstract: During the age of supply chain competition, one of the problems that the enterprises should cope with is to effectively improve the performance through collaborative knowledge innovation in supply chain. This paper builds a knowledge innovation model between a vendor and a manufacturer in the two-stage supply chain. And then we make a quantitative analysis of the model by the game theory and optimum theory, it is found that: (1)The stronger the manufacturer's innovation ability, the more it can attract the vendors involvement in innovation, and when its innovation cost increases, its enthusiasm for participating in knowledge innovation will be weakened; (2) The variation coefficient of marginal cost plays a positive role in promoting innovation level and performance, however, if the innovation cost coefficient is too high, the innovation level may decrease; (3)Not only can collaborative knowledge innovation in supply chain improve the performances of both the vendor and the manufacturer, but also can improve that of the overall supply chain.

Abstract: This paper discusses the affection of routine which is an informal institutional factor in supply chain management. First the disadvantage and limitations are found out based on analysis of supply chain management from industrial engineering view. Secondly, the effects of organization routines in automobile plant are introduced. The result shows organization routine plays an important role as formal institutions in supply chain system.

Abstract: With a lot of wind power farms were built and put into operation, the importance of constructing aftermarket and developing aftermarket services becomes more and more obvious to wind power equipment manufacturers. In this paper, the motivations for wind power equipment manufacturers to develop aftermarket services were analyzed. A service system of wind power equipment aftermarket based on wind power industry service alliance was proposed.

Abstract: Greening system evaluation index system is built according to some characteristics of green building in the old industrial removed area, and greening system model is established based on system dynamics theory and greening system evaluation index, then the statistical data of Tiexi are used to validate the model, the results prove the model with validity.
