Abstract: Magnesium hydroxide is an environmental friendly flame retardant with high flame retardancy and low smoke non-toxic characteristics. In this paper, the flame retardant effects of magnesium hydroxide was introduced, the production application and technology experiment of magnesium hydroxide flame retardant was studied. Meanwhile, the development trend of magnesium hydroxide flame retardant prepared from concentrated seawater or brine in China was analyzed.

Abstract: Lightning protection dependents on the lightning current. According to the discharge characteristics of lightning current and the soil resistivity with different areas in Yunnan, the relationship between the earth resistivity and lightning current model was put forward. And comparison of the existing double exponential model, Holder model and impulse function model, then lightning parameters were analyzed. The soil resistivity model not only conforms to the lightning parameters measured in American, but also obtains the relationship among lightning current, the soil resistivity, the radius of the channel, and the response speed. The results provide fundamental theory for the research of lightning current.

Abstract: In order to evaluate the effect of locomotive affair productivity layout adjustment,based on the analysis and establish the maintenance productivity layout adjustment, on the basis of evaluation index system, build the evaluation model,and since 2006,in guangzhou railway group locomotive productivity layout adjustments as an example to verify the feasibility and the practicability of the index system and model.Results show that this model can better to evaluate the effect of locomotive affair productivity layout adjustment, has a certain significance.

Abstract: The road traffic problem is growing worse and worse, its roots in the imbalance of road transport supply and demand. This article analysis the characteristics of traffic supply, traffic demand and supply-demand balance to make sure that the interval of supply-demand balance is exist, meanwhile make the total length of road net as a parameter then work with the level of service of the road net to built a interval model to work out the interval, then get the internal development law of supply-demand balance by the combination of qualitative and quantitative. After get the law, people can use it to optimizing the limit traffic resource of city, consummating the knowledge frame of transportation planning, at last to remitting traffic congestion and making it convenient for people to travel.

Abstract: Because of the special circumstances of transport development in China. This making the urban railway,suburban railway and other urban rail transportation in different ways in the operation, management and investors. This leads to urban rail transit between various modes of transport not reasonably coordinated and effective convergence, not only a waste of the countrys limited transport resources passenger travel back to a lot of inconvenience. Thus the author proposes to build urban rail transportation system integration hub transfer mode, in this mode, multi-stop not only help reduce the total time which visitors gather consumption, shorten the travel time, but also can ease urban traffic (especially the urban ground transportation) pressure. Meanwhile the author in this mode to establish a multi-objective optimization mode for integrated urban rail transit site layout, which is to minimize the total time consumption and the largest city in the railway passenger hub sharing rate of target.

Abstract: The exergy consumption during the transportation of heated oil includes four items: valid and invalid pressure exergy consumption, valid and invalid heat exergy consumption. These four parts are taken as the same loss in traditional evaluation systems of pipeline energy consumption, which somewhat hinders the further energy-conservation study. So establishing a scientific exergy consumption evaluation system is an important basis work of energy efficiency management. Based on the index system of energy efficiency for pipeline proposed by predecessors, the meaning of energy quality for exergy and the categories of exergy flow, the energy consumption index set of exergy transfer is set up in this article. Moreover, by computing exergy consumption index of exergy transfer for an oil pipeline in Daqing Oilfield, a part of representative indexes are selected by analyzing the obtained data with correlation coefficient method. Finally, the exergy consumption evaluation system is constructed.

Abstract: The BP artificial neural network model in type 7-5-5 was constructed with the surface water quality standard (GB3838-2002) and the surface water quality items such as BOD5 (5 day biochemical oxygen demand), COD (chemical oxygen demand), permanganate index, fluoride, NH3-N, TP (total phosphorus) and TN (total nitrogen), and the water environmental quality evaluation was conducted using the trained BP artificial neural network with the water contamination concentration data in 6 sections of Weihe river Baoji segment in year 2009. Results showed that the water quality were GradeIand GradeII in Lin Jia Cun section and Sheng Li Qiao section, and Grade III in the rest section (Wo Long Si Bridge, Guo Zhen Bridge, Cai Jia Po Bridge and Chang Xing Bridge).

Abstract: Public transportation smart card system in China has been widely used in many cities recently. Large amounts of information implicit in the smart card, but it is not completely applied, because the information is incomplete, such as the information of getting-off bus stop. For this problem, a method is proposed to calculate OD (Origin-Destination) of smart card data. And it is well applied in digging the information of getting-off bus stop.

Abstract: The aquiferous layer with interval of loose layer,aquiferous strip of weathering crack, the aquiferous strip of structural crack and aquiferous strip of rock bad been confirmed in this mining area by the analysis of the trait of the hydrogeology in the Zhujiabaobao mining, there is no connection of waterpower which emerged from the aquiclude of the pore, efflorescent crack and the tectonic crack, and which emerged form the crack aquiclude of the contact margin of rock and constitution is delicacy. The water yield which flood from the pit has been predicted by the computing methods of water balance and large-well, by the analyse and compare of them, it's found that the large-well method is more suitable to count it than the aqueous balance from the perspective of the drainage.
