Abstract: An economically strong city is an overall evaluation of a city that is taking the lead in economy, society and environment etc. as well as exerting its radiant and aggregate effect. To be an economically strong city, Tangshan should not only make full use of its geographical advantages of being around Beijing and Tianjin and along Bohai, its advantages in resources, and its leading position in the development, but also realize its own advantages and disadvantages of becoming an economically strong city, thus promoting its economic development better.

Abstract: Heavy metal pollution of water is of concern for human health and ecosystem. Under present investigation Pistia stratiotes L. (water lettuce) has been tested for removal of two important heavy metals chromium (Cr) and lead (Pb) from metal solution. This species was grown at four concentrations of Cr and Pb, i.e. 5.0, 10.0, 15.0 and 20.0 mg/L, respectively in single metal solution. This aquatic macrophyte has successfully removed up to 80% of Cr and 93% of Pb after 10 days. The bioconcentration factor (BCF) value ranged between 299 and 1026 for Cr and between 1672 and 1852 for Pb, respectively. The amount of BCF in Pistia stratiotes showed that removal of Pb was higher than removal of Cr. The accumulation of heavy metals was more obvious in the roots as compared to leaves. These findings contribute to the application of aquatic macrophytes to lead and chromium removal from moderately contaminated waters.

Abstract: Jidong Economic Zone is an important economic growth pole in Hebei province, also the most dynamic region in economy. Equipment manufacturing industry is a main direction of industrial structures optimization and upgrading in Jidong economic zone, the share of the proportion of industrial added value increasing year by year. However, there are also some problems such as low enterprise clusters, poor comprehensive supporting ability, and lack of independent innovation capability. The paper summarizes the development characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad. Then it analyzes the advantages of Jidong Economic Zone and makes strategic positioning for the equipment manufacturing industrys development. Finally, the paper puts forward some development strategies such as integrating into national policy, government supporting, promoting the enterprises research ability and developing industrial clusters.

Abstract: Research of river basin ecological compensation standard started in the late 90s, there are seven methods to determine river basin ecological compensation standard at present,such as market value method, willingness to pay (WTP) method, land use type area calculation method, opportunity cost method, cost analysis method, income loss method, the total cost of the amendment method . This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP)on the basis of full consideration to watershed ecosystem services value, the ecological protection and construction costs and the downstream willingness and ability to pay, combined with the characteristics of simulant river basin,obtained a conclusion:For a specific analog watershed, the optimal ecological standard method for determining is the total cost of correction method.Meanwhile this will be generalized to other basins.

Abstract: The present study deals with comparative evaluation of three different aquatic macrophytes, i.e. Myriophyllum spicatum, Sagittaria sagittifolia and Pistia stratiote planted at three different concentrations (1.0, 3.0 and 5.0 mg/L) of metals in laboratory experiment for Cd, Cu and Zn removal from aqueous solution. Result revealed high removal (>90%) of different metals during 15 days experiment. Highest removal was observed on 13th day of experiment, thereafter it decreased. Results revealed Pistia stratiote as the most efficient for the removal of selected heavy metal followed by Sagittaria sagittifolia and Myriophyllum spicatum. Selected plants can be used for large scale removal of Cd, Cu and Zn from waste water.

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy in our country, the malpractice of the urban traffic supply and demand imbalance emerges increasingly; traffic problem has become the key to the economic and social development. In order to develop a scientific and effective measure to cope with the situation, analyzing and researching the disequilibrium between supply and demand relations in urban system is an essential step. This paper according to the related theories and research results of disequilibrium of supply and demand, researched on road network capacity calculation, in the calculation of traffic supply brings space-time consumption to road network capacity calculation, so as to obtain a new method of calculating unbalanced degree of traffic supply and demand.

Abstract: In this paper, the compound shellac fruit wax was prepared by SiO2 aerogel, shellac, sodium hydroxide, fungicide. The obtained fruit wax was used to preserve the mango in tropical area. The results show that the compound shellac fruit wax with 0.2% SiO2 aerogel can suppresses water loss, adjust the respiration, reduce the rot rate, thus extending the preservation time of mango.

Abstract: In order to keep national economys sustainable, rapid and coordinated development, developing the railway is the strategic choice to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Through the optimization of productivity layout, optimize locomotives, locomotive maintenance equipment resources configuration, can not only improve the efficiency of railway transportation, but also reduce the national financial investment. This thesis studies the locomotive overhaul layout optimization adjustment method, established the locomotive overhaul layout optimization adjustment model and corresponding algorithm of the design model. Based on the analysis of the nature of the problem, makes the minimum cost as the objective function, a bi-level programming model is established, and by using iterative idea, design double iterative optimization algorithm to solve the bi-level programming model.
