Abstract: Signalized intersection delay is an important evaluation index of the signalized intersection capacity and level of service. This paper presents a signalized intersection delay model for signalized intersection. The model uses time series and queuing theory. It discusses the operation characteristics of the process of arrival and leaving and optimizes the intersection signal timing and gets the best signal cycle time. A scientific model and a more complete analysis are founded in the paper. These methods have a good reference value to the relevant departments.

Abstract: Logistic growth model is important for studying the increasing laws in limited space. In this paper, the container throughput of Wuhan xingang has been studied by using logistic model. Compared with the actual throughput, container throughput prediction using logistic growth model is in accordance with the real situation on the whole.

Abstract: This paper, based on a survey of pharmaceutical manufacturing firms in Hunan province, examines the factors for implementing reverse logistics. By factor analysis, we obtain that these factors can be divided into driving and hindering ones from both external and internal environments. Furthermore, after testing the differences of each variable by One Way ANOVA, we find that significant differences take place in terms of firm types and the existence and non-existence of a logistics sector. Finally, some suggestions are presented based on the conclusions.

Abstract: A Bayesian network quantitative calculation model for urban natural gas pipelines was established by using the unique logic of a Bayesian network in handling complicated risk systems. By using a natural gas pipeline as an example, failure situations such as single factor polymorphism, double factor polymorphism, and multi-factor polymorphism of a pipeline were quantitatively calculated to obtain the probability of top events and the structural importance of basic factors. The proposed method not only reflects clearly the effects of different factors but also predicts the failure state of urban natural gas pipelines comprehensively and accurately. The results of the proposed method can serve as a significant reference for the risk management and fault processing of city natural gas pipelines.

Abstract: Optimization algorithm of logistics distribution routing has been a hot area of research for several years. Due to the complex calculation and difficult to obtain exact solutions, the problem is a NP-Hard problem. Based on 73 customers sales and geographic locations of Y corporate, logistics distribution routing is optimize designed by nearest insertion heuristic and scanning algorithm.

Abstract: Port container throughput forecast is an important work for wharf project which is an important part of the port development strategy. In this paper, we introduce the optimized grey model and least square method of grey model. Furthermore, we make a forecast for the container throughput by using least square method of grey model and the result can offer the decision-making bases for relevant department.

Abstract: The industrial cluster is a phenomenon in a certain area, where numbers of enterprises with close industrial relationship and their supporting organization cluster in space to produce a strong and continuous predominance within industry. The competition advantage and innovation advantage of industrial clusters dont come from aggregation of enterprises, but from the interaction between the main specific region and the collaboration both inside and outside of industrial clusters .The mode of cooperation of the regional logistics refers to improvement of industrial clusters competitiveness and development of modem regional logistics. From this angle, the paper proposes the basic function of regional logistics cooperation system accord to the features of industrial cluster so as to ensuring the industrial cluster to develop healthily and sustainability.

Abstract: Nowadays, Real estate is playing a significant role in economic growth in China currently, and has been closely linked with different industries in the national economy. Taking Shan xi Province as an example and adopting the Grey Relevance Analysis Approach mentioned in Grey Theory, this article analyzes the relevance between the real estate and three industry sub-industries in secondary industry and tertiary industry. It shows that the relevance goes up between the real estate and the primary industry, secondary industry, and tertiary industry, the real estate has made great contribution to the whole economy in Shan xi Province, and it has a promising market as well.

Abstract: Considering the importance of PM (preventive maintenance) in reliability engineering, the formula is given to calculate spare demand rate for the policies of age replacement policy, minimal maintenance policy and block replacement policy. And average spare demand rate was analyzed for age replacement policy, and an approximate empirical formula with PM interval and parameters of Weibull distribution was given compared to CM(corrective maintenance) and PM. Otherwise, compared to minimal maintenance policy and block replacement policy, the demand rate was analyzed in order to better forecast the spare parts demand.
