Abstract: according to the characteristics of the AGC in China, and present a method to calculate AGC cost, this method divide AGC cost into power generation cost, equipment investment cost, opportunity cost and adjusting cost. Make independent power producer automatic generation control cost get reasonable recycling, enhance the enthusiasm of the plant to provide ancillary services, avoid causing aspects of the contradiction between supply and demand, and providing assistance to reduce the impact on the quality of power supply. The last is verified by an example.

Abstract: In recent years, the supply chain financial has become the focus of attention of the many financial institutions, because the supply chain financing model is to make full use of the supply chain and the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprise designed. It is not only the effective way of small and medium-sized enterprises in China to solve the difficulty of financing, but also is an effective way of the Commercial Banks expand financial services [ . This paper firstly constructed the financial credit risk evaluation index system of small and medium-sized enterprise based on supply chain, through the BP neural network model analyze credit risk of small and medium-sized enterprise, then predicted their financing credit level, to provide the basis for Commercial Banks for credit.

Abstract: The level of enterprise executive ability has direct correlation with the survival and development of enterprise. According to the particularity of electric power enterprise development and the connotation of executive ability, the paper established a comprehensive multi-level evaluation index system for electric power enterprise executive ability in terms of executive power, executive effectiveness and executive efficiency. Then the paper quantifies the qualitative indicators and introduced the corresponding fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. At last, the applicability of the comprehensive index system just created was demonstrated by an example calculation about one power supply company.

The Intellectual Structure Analysis of Improvisation Studies Based on a Journal Co-Citation Analysis
Abstract: The research of improvisation has been become an emerging management area in recent years, and the purpose of this study is to explore the intellectual structure of this research domain. A journal co-citation analysis was performed using the cited articles in the improvisation field included by Web of Knowledge database from 1997 to 2012. The journal set used was the 30 most productive journals in the field of improvisation, and multivariate statistical techniques were used to deal with the co-citation frequency matrix and correlation matrix. The results of current study show that the knowledge base of improvisation research involves multi-disciplinary with broad relations with other specialties: management, organization, marketing, innovation, information management, sociology and psychology.

Abstract: This paper discussed the advantages of genetic algorithm in the load distribution of the thermal power plant, and several other commonly used algorithms: equal incremental method, nonlinear programming method, particle swarm optimization for comparison and analysis. Compared with other methods, the results of use the genetic algorithms to calculate the load distribution between the thermal power plant units were both simple and accurate. So use the genetic algorithms to calculate the load distribution could optimizing the allocation of unit load, reduce coal consumption, improve the efficiency of the unit, responded to the call of the national energy saving.

Abstract: For quantitatively and comprehensively evaluating on the ability of rural power enterprise development,and according to the "San Xin" requestment on rural development,a multilevel evaluation with first-layer of five factors including economic benefit, management level, personnel quality, power structure and development potential and second-layer of seventeen indicators was established with consideration on the main factors affecting rural power enterprise development.A comprehensive evaluation of rural power enterprise development ability model was proposed through using the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). The weight of each evaluation index was determined by AHP, and then combined with the experts scoring,FAHP was used to determine present situation of rural power devepment .An illustration with the evaluation result of "medium"indicates that this method is feasible to evaluate rural power enterprise development.

Abstract: Virtual Operating is a mode of operation which makes enterprises well adapt to the economic atmosphere of globalization, networking and financial crisis. This paper discussed the typical case of virtual operation strategy through a case from Taiwan semiconductor manufacturer and then built an IFOT model by induction with specific examples. Through this model, this paper focused on empirical research based on TSMC.
