Organizational Routine Affection in Supply Chain Management

Abstract:

This paper discusses the affection of routine which is an informal institutional factor in supply chain management. First the disadvantage and limitations are found out based on analysis of supply chain management from industrial engineering view. Secondly, the effects of organization routines in automobile plant are introduced. The result shows organization routine plays an important role as formal institutions in supply chain system.
