Abstract: A computer monitor through mixing shades of red, green, and blue show pictures, that is named RGB color model. CMYK use the different color reproduction technologies and properties. A CMYK printer instead uses light-absorbing cyan, magenta and yellow ink. This paper discusses the conversion between RGB and CMKY color model. OpenCV was used for the verification of the effectiveness of the algorithm is proved to be feasible.

Abstract: The double-beam crane main beam by a wide variety of steel welded, the structure is very complex. There are some problems that cause main beam deformation, such as the thin structure, needs to be improved. This paper combined with the finite element model of plate and beam to solve analytical challenges. Determine the dynamic load impact factor, the finite element analysis of the double-beam crane box-type structure of main beam, on the basis of the above, and the main beam finite element computer simulation reinforcement of the four program design and to compare. The strength of the best programs 38.7% higher than the original beam and stiffness 33.9% higher than the original beam.

Abstract: A multi-objective parameter has been optimized aimed at integral impeller high speed cutting based on genetic algorithm. Productivity, production cost and the surface roughness linearly weighted, a different weighting coefficient is set for the roughing and finishing stages of the integral impeller. For rough machining, productivity and production costs are the main optimization goals; for finish machining, the surface roughness is a major optimization goal. Cross-encoding variables are coded according to the schema theorem. The results show that: using the optimized cutting parameters in high speed milling hardened aluminum alloy LY12, processing time and production costs are shortened in rough machining stage and surface roughness is improved in the finishing stage.

Abstract: Kansei Engineering (KE) refers to the translation of consumers' emotional requirements about a product into perceptual design elements. The Kansei Engineering is applied to the drum washing machine aided by a variety of engineering mean.Semantic differential (SD) is applied to extract the kansei tags.Multivariate statistical analysis method is also used for data mining. The data of design elements is processed by principal component analysis (PCA) and SPSS.

Abstract: Geometric analyses and mechanical methods are employed to study the work process of
a slice shearing machine. The coordinate parameters of the key points and the kinematics parameters of the key structure elements are given, and the biting speed expression is also provided. The shearing function feasibility of the machine is discussed. The given results here can provide theoretical references for the shearing machine design and manufacture. The numerical results of the given example show the correctness of the analytical methods and the conclusions.

Abstract: Meshing synthesizing stiffness of teeth is the comprehensive effect of all teeth in the whole meshing region, which is related to elastic deformation of single tooth, comprehensive elastic deformation of a pair of teeth and overlap ratio of gear. This paper adopts Ishikawa method which is commonly used in the calculation of tooth deformation. MATLAB software is used for the programming of Ishikawa formula, and then the value and distribution of gear deformation stiffness are obtained, which realizes the purpose of reducing high-order harmonic excitation in the dynamic equation, thus providing a reference frequency to avoid resonation in low-frequency region.

Abstract: With the rise of mass customization production, the advantages of modular design are highlighted. Through the selection and combination of modules, different products can be made. It can help to meet the various market demands for the product design. The modular design concept in the small aquatic cutting machine, can enhance product innovation, shorten the design cycle and improve the degree of customization.

Abstract: In this paper, Method of CFD is used to simulate afterburner fuel manifold for aero engine, and investigate the relationship between the boundary layer of nozzle hole and mass flow. At the same time the numerical simulation of permitted maximum and minimum of nozzle hole was carried out and mass flow for calculation was also compared with the design value. The calculation results show the effect of machining quality of nozzle holes on mass flow of afterburner fuel manifold, for which the diameter of nozzle hole is so small that the effects of machining precision and boundary layer thickness on mass flow is very large. Therefore the jet fuel must be machined according to tolerance level I so as to ensure that the mass flow meets the design requirements. Investigation of boundary layer of small hole shows that only the boundary layer factors are fully considered, the numerical calculation accuracy may be enhanced.

Abstract: Method of CFD is used in this paper to simulate and calculate velocity field, temperature field and droplet track in PCZ(primary combustion zone) under the 3D two phase turbulent combustion for the ground idling, the peak, the middling and the altitude-small lever flying conditions. By analyzing the calculation results and comparing with tests, characters of PCZ are well investigated.

Abstract: In order to study the injection property of diesel engine fuel injector, the three-dimension combustion model of TBD620 diesel engine is constructed on the AVL Fire software platform. A numerical simulation of the two injectors’ fuel injection process at different load conditions has been done. The influence on fuel and air mixing process is analyzed. The results show that the special injector has a good performance at low load, but the standard injector is more favorable for fuel and air fully mixing at high load.
