Abstract: Introduce the dynamic friction coefficient of clutch friction plate. Establish Mathematical model of starting process, carried out vibration analysis for frictional sliding process systematically, validated the analysis using Matlab/simulink software. Meanwhile, compared with the starting process by static friction coefficient. The results show that using dynamic friction coefficient to analyse starting process conforms to the actual working condition.

Abstract: This paper first analyzes the stress status of sediment in the decanter centrifuge, and then through the establishment of equilibrium equation, derived equation of the hub wall and the helical blade. Finally through the above analysis of the solution and comparing the helical blade with different inclination angles, a reasonable range of some parameters of the centrifuge is acquired, provides the theoretical basis for the design of centrifuge.

Abstract: Aiming at the status quo of Beidou navigational system used in automobile, this paper puts forward a testing project based on ISO7637-1,2,3 standard road vehicles-electric disturbances by conduction and coupling, and tests the provided specimen at first. Then during the test process, according to the different requirement of specimen performance, refer to the reference standard, the testing pulse parameters are set. At last, according as the collected data and information, result of testing is analyzed and researched, and protected circuit, filtering circuit and power supply input circuit are designed to the problems of specimen. The analysis of testing result denotes that the EMS design of Beidou navigational terminal has some abilities, the report of testing result analysis has great modeled behaviors in standard establishment and product popularization of Beidou navigational terminal.

Abstract: Analyze the origins of the vibration according to the expressions during aero-engine running. Study the vibration principle. Create the fault tree of the aero-engine vibrating failure. And with the fault tree analyze the common vibrating failure during production process. Generalize the diagnosing and debugging-aid methods for aero-engine vibrating failure.

Abstract: This paper reports on thermal characterization of edge illumination type LED backlight integrated with heat pipes. Heat pipe is integrated with the panel by phase change flattening and expanding process. Thermal capabilities, including the steady-state working temperature and the temperature uniformity along the panels with heat pipes and without heat pipes are compared and analyzed. Results show that the steady-state working temperature on the panel with heat pipes is 1~6°C lower than that on the panel without heat pipes under power range of 15W to 51W of the LED arrays. And the temperature uniformity along the panel with heat pipes is controlled within 2.0°C.

Abstract: The program of tooth surface and gear inside grid nodes is developed according to the tooth surface equation. Finite Element Analysis of the straight bevel gear axial practice model is established. Order flow contact models of the three teeth and contact pair of gears of the three teeth is developed by APDL language of ANSYS. The static contact stress analysis of axial practice is constructed. The static contact stress of tooth surface distribution and change rule is obtained by calculating. The result shows that axial practice pair of gears of have good meshing performance.

Abstract: t is generally needed to know precisely spatial distribution of lightning electromagnetic fields in the lightning protection measurements. Therefore, the research on the lightning electromagnetic field is of practical significance. In this paper, the Maxwell equations were used to calculate and analyze the spatial distribution of lightning electromagnetic fields surrounding lightning current. And the expressions of lightning current electromagnetic fields were deduced under the assumption that the earth was under the condition of perfect conductor. The spatial distributions of the components of lightning electromagnetic fields have been plotted by Matlab. The results would provide fundamental theory for the research of lightning electromagnetic field and lightning protection measurements.

Abstract: According to the dynamic characteristics of tracked vehicle gearbox system, the integrated influence of elasticity of shaft, gear meshing stiffness and transmission error in the system is considered, and mathematics models of two type configurations are created, Matlab/Simulink model of which are provided. The torsional vibration dynamic model of transmission system with tracked vehicle gearbox is developed and the vibration equation of the system is established. The influences of the transmission errors, moment of inertia, mesh phase and torsion stiffness are investigated respectively. It has important realistic meaning for guiding the gearbox structural design and improving, reducing its fault rate.

Abstract: A DBR-Ag mixed organic micro-cavity structure solid-state laser was proposed in this paper. The influences of center wavelength, growth sequence and the cycle number of DBR, and the thickness of Ag mirror and organic light-emitting layer on performance of Ag-DBR mixed organic micro-cavity were investigated by simulation. According to PL characteristics of Alq3:DCM (0.5wt%), an optimal metal Ag-DBR micro-cavity structure was designed, and based on theoretical calculation results, a corresponding micro-cavity devices (glass/DBR/organic layer/Ag mirror) was fabricated. The theoretical simulation and experimental results are in good agreement.

Abstract: A new-type heat-insulating water transporting vehicle is designed to solve the problem that water transported in cold area is apt to be frozen. The vehicle shall be actively heated and passively heat-insulated with fuel oil heater and polyurethane insulation layer. Furthermore, it also can be automatically heated with the special management system by controlling the heater according to the water temperature and the ambient temperature. In order to study on the heat-insulation property of the vehicle, the temperature distribution of the water in the tank and heat losses from the tank with ANSYS; finally, the low temperature environmental test is carried out. The test result shows that the water temperature in the tank is reduced from 20°C to 19°C for 24h under ambient temperature of -25°C, the average overall heat transferring coefficient is 0.52W/(m2•K) and thus completely meets requirements for water transporting in cold areas.
