Abstract: As an important part of an engine, piston is working for a long time in the environment of high temperature, high pressure and pulse-pounding. Its working state and life directly affect the life of the engine. Piston fatigue failure plays an important factor of piston failure. Piston hydro-pulse test machine has important significance for studying the life of piston mechanical fatigue. The paper is about the design and use effect of domestic piston hydro-pulse test machine. Practice shows that the control technology of Piston hydro-pulse test machine, fulfills various indicators of piston fatigue tests, and has important significance for improving domestic piston design, production and usage.

Abstract: Random vibration is one of the main factors influencing the reliability of electrical connectors. In this paper, a Micro-USB electrical connector was chosen to be an object for this research. The finite element method was applied in random vibration analysis. At first, a three-dimensional model of the electrical connector was established by using Pro/E and ANSYS Workbench software. Then, the modal characteristics analysis was carried out and its modal parameters can be obtained from this analysis and the reliability of the electrical connector under the natural frequency can be also verified. Finally, according to results of the simulation, the equivalent stress and deformation response under 1 sigma levels hadn't changed much. The conclusions can provide a reference for the reliability analysis of electronic components.

Abstract: Pull rod and rocker arm are important parts of aircraft control system, its strength, stiffness and stability can largely affect the aircrafts control effect, sometimes the flight safety will be influenced [2]. A type of aircraft control system has been upgraded and modified, therefore the pull rod and rocker arm of the flap control system need to take the static strength test. Based on field test and finite element simulation analysis, this paper has the static strength of pull rod and rocker arm checked, and to verify the correctness of the finite element model and lay foundation for the optimization design of components of aircraft control system.

Abstract: This essay introduces the basic methods and the key technics of establishing the parametrized solid module of field medical chest on SolidWorks platform and how to dynamically simulate it by means of 3DS MAX. It explains how to avoid the module repetition of medical chest and to make observation of the work of its each part so as to shorten the product development period and improve its design quality.

Abstract: The dynamics is important for the robot system simulation and feedback control design, so the dynamics of load-unload bagged materials robot is analyzed based on the second kind Lagrange theory, and the precise dynamics model is established. The solution of dynamics differential equations are solved by procedure matlab, dynamics Simulation is analyzed based on platform of ADMAS dummy prototype, obtain series of graph angular acceleration, driving force, moment.

Abstract: Based on the Mie scattering theory and the gamma size distribution model, 10.6μm laser scattering characteristics in dust particles are calculated and analyzed.On this basis,the time broadening and space broadening characteristics of the laser are analyzed by using Monte Carlo method.Transmittance change with the transmission distance are quantitative calculated and the time detention and space broadening characteristics of the laser passed through dust for different transmission distances are calculated and analyzed. The results show that the transmittance decreases with increasing transmission distance, and the transmittance is close to 0 when transmission distance is close to 200m; The time delay of 10.6μm laser is more significant with the increaseing transmission distance; The space broadening of 10.6μm laser is more obvious and the energy is more dispersed with the increaseing transmission distance.

Abstract: In order to investigate the jack-up spudcan-soil interaction behaviors, numerical simulation and design of experiments (DOE) of a jack-up were presented based on elastic-plastic foundation model, in operating and survival conditions. Spudcan load assessment indexes called RVAB, RHAB and RMAB were put forward by the authors, which were also the responses of the DOE. The results showed that, for both conditions, vertical load V on spudcan A is higher than that on spudcan B, while horizontal load H2 and moment M3 on spudcan A are lower than that on spudcan B. Yield was found on the Spudcan A-soil interface, and the plastic components in survival condition are higher than the ones in operating condition. Friction angle and unit weight are two important soil parameters that have a great effect on the spudcan-soil interaction behaviors.

Abstract: The squeeze oil-film dampers have been applied to damp out vibration in linear guideway systems of CNC machine tools. An accurate estimate of squeeze oil-film damping effects is significant to predict the dynamic performance of rolling guidance systems. This paper presents a finite element method to solve the fluid-structure interaction problem of squeeze oil-film dampers. Three-node Mindlin plate element is used in the structure domain model. The oil-film behavior is provided by the Reynolds equation of lubrication theory. Both the structural domain and fluid domains are discretized by finite element method. The frequency response functions of coupled systems are derived by considering the oil-film pressures and the structure displacements on the boundary as the coupling conditions. The validity of the frequency response functions is verified by a simple example. It shows that the oil-film thickness has significant influence on the frequency response.

Abstract: Abstract. The paper has built 3D-FEA models to simulate the electro-thermal behavior of Li-ion battery cells with Pouch Cell and Prismatic Cell by ANSYS. As for two models, the Li-ion battery system is simplified as a single equivalent battery layer (Pouch Cell) or multiple equivalent battery layers (Prismatic Cell) with the equivalent electrodes and separator. They were simulated under air cooling conditions. Simulations were compared with available battery temperature measurements. This shows that the 3D electro-thermal model applied in this study characterizes the electro-thermal behavior of the Li-ion battery cells reasonably well.

Abstract: Based on the existing triaxial seepage equipment, this paper choose the type of 2XZ-4 vacuum pump to provide negative pressure, type of CHF100A-1R5G-4 of Wei teng Ying transducer to control and make a constant negative pressure, and choose glass flowmeter to measure the flow of coal bed gas to explore the gas migration in coal reservoir during gas drainage. The triaxial seepage equipment after transformation can provide steady negative pressures on the range of-0.075MPa to-0.085MPa.The laboratory tests showed that the equipment can be used to conduct triaxial seepage experiments at different effective stress, different temperature and other conditions for negative pressure at exit.
