Abstract: The fluid flow of the time-pressure dispensing system was analyzed. Dispensing fluid was analyzed by finite element modeling based on N-S equation. Use CFX module to simulate dispensing process, and obtain the flow fields corresponding velocity & pressure distributions. Study the change rules of the adhesive amount dispensed affected by the inlet pressure, diameter and length of the needle. Finally, compare simulation values with the spectral method for two order approximations, the reliability and applicability of the model is proved.

Abstract: For the analysis of plane charged conductors by the method-of-moments (MoM), the basic idea and a simple derivation of the formulas is presented in this paper. Veneer conductor capacitor and dual-board conductor capacitor are respectively solved by the method-of-moments, with piecewise function as the basis function and δ function as the weight function. The comparison of the accurate solution illustrates the method-of-moments with good accuracy.

Abstract: In this paper, it studies the Ontology construction ofequipment support system with the Ontology construction technology. In the buildingprocess, the “Seven Step Method” has been improved, and it puts forward a new method suitable for the equipment support system. Then analyze the equipment support system in detail with system analysis method to build Ontology. Through the study, it aims at building up a sharing and reusing conceptual model.

Abstract: In order to carry out rapid response of design of products, aimed at problems existed in realm cooperation and temporary order during the design process of emergency equipment, this paper proposes design mode of emergency equipment based on cloud environment, implementation method of cloudy domain analysis on design demand and mapping technology, serial expand strategy on discrete design resource and strategy integrated design task with resource in time, it can implement reasonable allocation and delivery in design the task resource demand domain DR the state control domain T and feasible resource domain R. Correctness and feasibility of model and method is analyzed and verified with examples.

Abstract: During the process of exiting from water, the unpowered carrier launched by submarine will be disturbed by the wave force. It will have impact on the trajectory of carrier. Based on carrier vehicle exiting water requirement the six degrees of freedom mathematical model of carrier was established. The calculation model for wave force was built based on the two dimensions wave theory. The steering sequence of carrier was designed and the process of the carrier out of water was simulated under the influence of wave force. The results show that the vehicle movement stability, the control law is reasonable and the simulation methods and results of engineering research had a certain reference value.

Abstract: This article in changes the double power to some model bulldozer to the suitable steering system to flow the type difference transmit immediately to in the system research foundation, has carried on the difference transmit immediately to the organization kinematics characteristic analysis, has established the rotation gear kinematics equation, to transformed after the crawler dozer to carry on the parameter design, and carried on the parameter computation.The computed result has confirmed this new rotation gear rationality and the feasibility.

Abstract: This paper presents a method of generating the three-phase SPWM wave based on FPGA. In a three-phase PV inverters or other using DC to converte into a three-phase AC system,it can be used as six IGBT gate drive signals of a three-phase inverter bridge.This article analysed the principle of the three-phase inverter circuit , obtaining the waveform of the three-phase SPWM wave. The 60 SPWM wave of each sine wave at 50Hz,it designs the hardware circuit to generate the waveform. Hardware circuit of hardware programming language makes the simulation of the three-phase drive waveform in Quartus II,and the program is downloaded into FPGA chip Cyclone II EP2C8Q208N to get waveform output. This design uses a counter method, checking ROM table to determine the preset value of the counter, and the output pulse width control can be achieved by changing the size of the preset value. We designes a three-phase adjustable power using this method and achieved the intended purpose.

Abstract: This paper introduces a new type of pipe racking manipulator system, which is a very important link for the automatic drilling platform. 3D model of the system was established in the Solidworks, then imported to the ADAMS to complete the establishment of the rigid-flexible coupling model. The response of motion output, the change of the main connecting rod tension, and so on, was analyzed in ADAMS. The results show that the elastic deformation of main connecting rod has an very important influence up on the whole system dynamics condition, the rigid-flexible coupling model can correctly reflect the dynamics condition of the new type of pipe racking manipulator.

Abstract: The objective of the study is to evaluate visual fatigue induced by different tablet PCs (LCD/OLED) by measuring CFF (critical fusion frequency), BF (eye blink frequency) and (SR) subjective rating. Twelve healthy subjects (10 males and 2 females) participated in the study in a controlled simulated living environment with a 18-23°C temperature, 30-45% relative humidity and 150lx illuminance. The experiment was carried out about 50 minutes, including: 30 minutes watching task (EOG test) and 20 minutes test (including subjective questionnaire and CFF test before and after the experiment). The experiment design included dependent variables: CFF, BF and subjective rating (SR); and two independent variables: Tablet PC types, watching times. As a result, after the experiment, the decline range of CFF of LCD was lower significant than that of OLED (p<0.001); the decline range of BF of LCD was higher than that of OLED (p<0.01). Also, subjective rating indicated a consistent result that higher visual fatigue was founded after watching LCD. As a whole, watching LCD tablet PC caused higher visual fatigue than watching OLED tablet PC in general.

Abstract: The mathematical model of the telescopic jib is set up with the weight of the telescopic jib as optimization objectives, the strength,stiffness of telescopic jib, the local stability of the web as the constraint conditions. An Optimization program is developed based on the Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm and constraint conditions and design parameters is being analyzed. The design variables are optimized to reduce the weight of the telescopic jib. It is shown in the engineering real example that the particle swarm optimization algorithm for the optimization effect of telescopic jib is obvious. The Optimization program introduced has a practical value.
