The Stress Analysis of the Sediment of Screw Conveyor of Decanter Centrifuge

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper first analyzes the stress status of sediment in the decanter centrifuge, and then through the establishment of equilibrium equation, derived equation of the hub wall and the helical blade. Finally through the above analysis of the solution and comparing the helical blade with different inclination angles, a reasonable range of some parameters of the centrifuge is acquired, provides the theoretical basis for the design of centrifuge.
