Improved Analysis on Main Beam of the Double-Beam Crane

Article Preview

Abstract:

The double-beam crane main beam by a wide variety of steel welded, the structure is very complex. There are some problems that cause main beam deformation, such as the thin structure, needs to be improved. This paper combined with the finite element model of plate and beam to solve analytical challenges. Determine the dynamic load impact factor, the finite element analysis of the double-beam crane box-type structure of main beam, on the basis of the above, and the main beam finite element computer simulation reinforcement of the four program design and to compare. The strength of the best programs 38.7% higher than the original beam and stiffness 33.9% higher than the original beam.
