Abstract: To address the problem of helicopter engine crankshaft fracture in engineer, this paper carried out an analysis of an inline four-cylinder engine torsional vibration, applying virtual prototyping technology based on ADAMS. According to this analysis, draw several orders of crankshaft torsional vibration natural frequency and the main vibration modes. This paper carried out a harmonic analysis of the disturbing torque acting on the crankshaft and torsional vibration amplitude of the free end relative to the flywheel, and obtained Critical speed map of crankshaft torsional vibration. These results can offer theoretical basis for engine optimization design.

Abstract: Established the unsteady oil-film force with rub-impact fault of rotor-stator-bearing system mechanical models by using Lagrange equation, Application of numerical analysis to study it, concluded that the rotor system in frequency as the only incentive system control parameters of orbit and bifurcation diagrams; analysis of the nonlinear behavior of the response of the system and the failure mechanism, provide a theoretical basis for the safe operation of the rotor system and fault diagnosis. The results show that, when the excitation frequency as the only control parameters, the system exist periodic motion, quasi periodic motion and chaotic motion etc abundant nonlinear phenomena.

Abstract: Some parts of the projectile is in screw connection, the stress and deformation caused by screw threads are important indexes of the security, and therefore stress distribution of the connection of thread must be accurately calculated. According to the structural characteristics of threaded connection, nonlinear finite element contact analysis was used, strength of the thread connection part was simulated and analyzed by applying effective loads, and this algorithm was validated.

Abstract: The paper analyzed the temperature field, the thermal stress field and the stress field under mechanical loads of a diesel engine cylinder head with finite element analysis software ANASYS, then took above temperature field results and mechanical loads as boundary conditions to impose on the established model of cylinder head using the thermal mechanism indirect coupled method, researched the stress field and distortion of cylinder head under effect of multiplicative loads. The result indicates that the point of the highest temperature and the maximum thermal stress locates on the middle nose of fire deck; under thermal mechanism coupled effect, the points of maximum stress locate on the interface of bolt head and screw of cylinder head and on the middle nose of fire deck; the maximum pull stress the cylinder head undertook is less than that the material can survive; the distortion of the cylinder head is very small, thus has little influence on the fabrication of other accessories, and the global distortion of cylinder head performs symmetry.

Abstract: The fracture accident of roll and universal join are analyzed, and universal spindle forked joint with finite element analysis is analysed, the stress distribution and maximum stress value is obtained. In the impact power load caused by the roll biting stopping is calculated in detail, and the largest actual load and maximum stress in possible is calculated, explaining the cause of fracture of the important parts such as universal spindle forked joint, and putting forward the improvement opinion for the equipment design and using.

Abstract: With the rapid development and widespread use of water jet technology, the water jet forming method is also got attention by the manufacturing industry. Its advantage is no need for manufacturing the mold and forming directly, applies to small batch production. This paper is mainly study the finite element simulation of water jet forming method. The essential factor of water jet forming process simulation is to simplify the mold in reasonable mechanics method. Compared with existing experimental data to verify the accuracy of the model, and analyze the characteristics of the water jet forming.

Abstract: in this paper Workbench was used for the analysis of the WPC pallets load bearing properties. The stress strain data of the WPC pallet was obtained and the analysis of fatigue damage under uncertain amplitude load in transport was done by Fatigue Tool. The results of finite-element analysis provide the basis for the structure optimization design of this pallet.

Abstract: According to the existing problems in the design of the excavator working devices boom, the method of integrated design and analysis for the boom was put forward by CAD/CAE integration technology. Firstly, design ideas of database in CAD/CAE integration system was given, so the data of model can be transmitted and exchanged effectively between CAD and CAE systems. Secondly, the parametric model of the boom was established based on parametric method. Thirdly, the customization analysis platform of the boom is built with customization technology and secondary development of ANSYS Workbench code. Finally, the parametric design and automatic finite element analysis for the excavator boom were implemented.
