Abstract: people usually think that the cracks of cast-in-place floor slab is the inevitable phenomenon in theory, but by finding reason in some ways, it is completely possible that people determine the preventive measures to reduce and control the crack. When appearing cracks, people reduce the impact of crack in the lowest by correctly understanding and dealing with crack.

Abstract: The soft rock roadway is classified by uniaxial compressive strength of rock and water-physical properties, which includes hard surrounding rock in deep mine, soft surrounding rock, and extremely soft surrounding rock. Aimed to the situation of being hard to support the extremely soft rock roadway, with combination of the specific project of return airway crossheading roadway of sea area NO.2 mining district in Beizao coal mine, a compound roadway supporting technology based on the concrete-filled steel tube support, reinforced concrete lining, with combination of yield supporting technology was used for this specific project, for which the mechanical model of the pressure-bearing ring structure was analyzed and calculated by using fixed-end arch theory in structural mechanics and Lame formula in Elastic theory. The field test results showed that this new compound roadway supporting technology was an ideal method to support the extremely soft rock roadway, which could control the deformation of roadway and realize the stability of roadway, effectively.

Abstract: The way of producing ladle used MgO-Al2O3 castables using reclaimed bricks of ladle as aggregate is researched by structure analysis, XRD and phase diagram analysis. Influence on structure and physical properties of castables added different percentage of reclaimed bricks is discussed. The following conclusions are got: Adding suitable reclaimed ladle bricks won’t decrease the strength of the specimens, all the specimens have high bulk density(≥2.98g/cm3) and low apparent porosity(≤14%); Suitable addition of reclaimed ladle bricks as aggregate can improve the thermal shock resistance of MgO-Al2O3 castables, however, over-addition will weaken its thermal shock resitance; Slag erosion resistance increases with the addition of reclaimed ladle bricks. To sum up, reclaimed ladle bricks can be used in MgO-Al2O3 castables and castables with excellent comprehensive properties can be got when 12.5% reclaimed ladle bricks are added as aggregate.

Abstract: With the advantages such as shortening the construction period, not affecting the relative navigation and effectively reducing the construction cost, jacking construction technology has been widely applied, as the construction method compared with other conventional construction method is more complicated, it is necessary to discuss the control technology of jacking force during the construction process.

Abstract: The pelagic fishery locates the wide international public sea regions and contains huge resource and technical benefits. The increasingly greater potential for exploitation of new marine microbes resource in these special sea areas has become conspicuous. Carotenoids are one of the most widely distributed and structurally diverse classes of natural pigments in plants, microorganisms and animals, performing important biological functions. The marine contains abundant biological resources and has great potential to be explored for the carotenoid resource. In this paper we reported the isolation and polyphasic investigation of the new carotenoids-producing marine bacteria from Trachurus murphyi Chile Fishery. The result has showed that marine bacterial isolated from Trachurus murphyi Chile fishery demonstrated good potential for the further exploration for bioactive carotenoids.

Abstract: Biofiltration of DCM vapor from air stream was discussed in this study. Experimental investigations were conducted on a laboratory scale biofilter, containing mixture of compost and polystyrene inert particles as the filter materials. Activated sludge was used as an inoculum. The continuous performance of biofilter for DCM removal was monitored for different concentrations and flow rates. The removal efficiencies decreased at higher concentrations and higher gas flow rates. A maximum elimination capacity of 8g/(m3·h) was achieved. The response of biofilter to upset loading operation showed that the biofilm in the biofilters was quite stable and quickly adapted to adverse operational conditions.

Abstract: The mechanism of monascus red pigment dye on wool fiber was studied by analyzing of dyeing kinetics and thermodynamics. The results showed that the dyeing rate is quite high at the beginning of dyeing at 70°C-100°C.The diffusion coefficient rise while half-dyeing time decrease With the temperature rise. Its adsorption accords with the combination of Nernst and Langmuir adsorption model. Its enthalpy and entropy of dyeing was 15.21kJ/mol and 46.87J / (mol·K) respectively, which show that wool dyeing with monascus red is a endothermic process. This theoretical is useful to built dyeing process for wool fiber with monascus red.

Abstract: In order to reduce the damage rate of hot-pepper in the process of drying and transportation, and to improve the quality of dried hot-pepper. In this paper, the mechanical properties of hot-pepper were studied in the process of hot-air drying. The experimental results showed that the hot-pepper’s compressive ability dropped with the decrease of moisture content after the moisture content reached the safe moisture content. With the moisture content decreasing, the variation tendency of the elastic modulus and tensile strain of hot-pepper were first increased and then decreased and finally tended to be stable when it reached 12%. Effect of hot-pepper’s shape on tensile strain is greater than on the maximum load and displacement in the process of drying.

Abstract: The X-ray diffraction of hydrated calcium silicate is analyzed and is applied in papermaking. It shows that hydrated calcium silicate have certain crystalline state. The tensile strength, tearing strength and folding strength of paper decrease in different degree with the increase of dosage of hydrated calcium silicate while the whiteness and the printing color density of paper improve. T tensile strength and folding strength of paper decrease in varying degrees with the increase of dosage of PAM while the tearing strength of paper and the whiteness improve. And the printing color density of paper is the same.

Abstract: The effects of different kinds of pulp on structure and packaging mechanical properties of composite board. The results show that in order to obtain maximum ring crush strength of composite board, in the forming process of composite board, wheat straw pulp is used as outer layer because it has strong bonding force and higher fibrosis degree. Waste news paper pulp is used as inner layer because its cost is low.
