Research on Digital I/O Modules Based on Bluetooth Communication

Article Preview

Abstract:

Developed a pair of Bluetooth master and slave modules with embedded microcontroller, based on wireless communication technology and automatic control theory, which could be simply applied into common equipments to achieve digital I/O communication. The pair of modules separately linked the control panel and PLC, and accomplish corresponding motion control through wireless data communication. Then the master-slave modules were applied to a three-dimensional warehouse model as a case to verify their wireless control function. This research successfully solves the bondage of digital communication with cables in previous industrial field.
