Construction Research on the Green Hydropower of Houziyan Hydropower Station

Abstract:

The idea of green environmental has become a guiding ideology of construction, but green hydropower is still lack of materials and the theoretical system is not yet complete. That is to say, green hydropower is still at the preliminary design stages in our country. In addition, with our country’s different regional conditions, we can’t completely copy the foreign experience of green hydropower construction. Houziyan Hydropower Station is located in Kangding, Sichuan province with fragile ecosystems, and most residents are ethnic minority. On the basis of the existing system of green hydropower at home and abroad, the article is combined with the Houziyan regional characteristic of humanity and the environment to construct the evaluation index and certificate authority of Houziyan Green Hydropower from the national conditions of our country, which will provide the reference for the related personnel and units.
