Abstract: Weld seam tracking is the key technology of industrial robot. It satisfies accuracy and real-time demand. This paper presents a robust recognition algorithm for weld seam images based on mathematical morphology. This algorithm used the morphological filtering for image enhancement at first, and then applied Otsu threshold segmentation in local. Besides, it implemented region filling and morphological thinning operation to get the segmented weld seam. Finally, the Hough transform was adopted to detect the straight lines from the weld image. The results prove that this method not only can detect the seam tracking in real-time, but also can identify weld seam automatically.

Abstract: The paper expounds the basic principle of the weak signal detection on chaotic system at first , according to the actual situation that the signal phase is unknown Received in the communication and radar systems, a new chaos detection model is presented based on traditional chaos system, combined with autocorrelation detection technology , completed the random phase weak sinusoidal signal detection. The simulation analysis indicates that the proposed method succeeds in detecting Random Phase weak sinusoidal signal, and furthermore the signal-to-noise threshold is lower than either autocorrelation or chaotic oscillator.

Abstract: With the development of technology, the agricultural industry has become far more efficient and mechanization. In this paper, image processing method was adopted to detect the changes in seeds temperature, aiming at discovering the laws in seed germination. Oak seeds were selected as samples. The method can be divided into two steps----image segmentation, data extraction and analysis. 32400 images for 90 seeds were captured, and the changing curve of seeds temperature was described based on the images we collected. The result showed that the method was available to capture the changes of seeds temperature during its germination. Even, further research aiming at distinguishing seeds vigor by temperature information, is of great value.

Abstract: This paper presents a data recorder used in UAV. The data recorder is implemented base on an embedded platform which is composed of a microcontroller and a compact flash controller. The recorder employs an optimized recording algorithm for rapid storage. The algorithm is able to set the number of sectors to be written dynamically according to the data throughput in order to minimize the response time of the compact flash controller. The recorder has a multi-area scheme to achieve a real-time storage without overwriting which could be applied to aircraft where the parameters should be record in time for analysis after experimentation.

Abstract: Key frames detected in Video stream contain sufficient expression information. In order to classify and recognize these expression information, a new elastic model matching algorithm is proposed in this paper. Firstly, expression template is transformed by Gabor wavelet , and the detection algorithm of the key expression in the template image is used. According to the feature information of the key expression, structure expression elastic graph, then by changing the key location in the expression template graph and doing non-rigid match of the expression template and expression elastic graph which is measured, so that similar degree between them is got. Finally, by improving the K-nearest neighbor classification strategy, the effective classification and recognition of measured image expression is achieved.

Abstract: With the development of Transportation Highway and railroad build, mining tunnel geological exploration in the road construction in the proportion of great. This paper presents a design of image processing software of Geological Engineering images for automatic analysis and processing. At present, the technology of image processing, most algorithms are based on the specific image information of specific analysis, and the face image is very complicated, different regions, and even the same construction sections in different areas of the face image may have very big difference. For the tunnel excavation face of digital image processing algorithms have little, need to start from scratch. This paper describes the use of digital image processing technology of Geological Engineering image image segmentation, found on the rock face, through the comparison of edge detection operator and Sobel Gauss - Laplasse operator methods advantages and disadvantages, a value of two images as the processing object image processing algorithm. The technology of Geological Engineering image analysis on tunnel construction period prediction plays a very important role.

Abstract: Non-stationary vibration will appear when the fault rolling bearing is running. This paper summarizes the development present situation of application of Hilbert-Huang Transform solving the problem of rolling bearing fault diagnosis at home and abroad from several aspects, analyzes the current rolling bearing fault diagnosis methods combined with HHT, and sums up the practical applicability of HHT method through the comparison of rolling bearing fault diagnosis with other methods. It points out that HHT used for rolling bearing fault diagnosis still has problems to be solved. At last, it gives the future research direction of HHT.

Abstract: Estimation for direction of arrival (DOA) is an important work in array signal processing, and subspace method such as MUSIC algorithm is basic and important in DOA estimation. This paper analyzes the structure of eigen value of variance matrix, and proposes a method to estimate the signal noise ratio (SNR) of the data received by sensor array. With the accurate estimation for SNR, we can estimate the work environment and decide detect threshold for many algorithm. The paper also proposes a method to promote the SNR of covariance matrix with moving the covariance slice to do DOA estimation. It can efficiently widen the difference of signal eigen value and noise eigen value.

Abstract: The dynamic measurement of the high pressure side flow in hydraulic system is still one of the important and difficult problems in hydraulic test technique. In order to solve the dynamic coupling mechanism between main and bypass oil-way fluid flow signals in the bypass flow measurement method, hydraulic system software was used to analysis the problem in this paper, the dynamic coupling relationship between main and bypass oil-way fluid flow signals were obtained. Finally verify the feasibility of the bypass flow measurement method.

Abstract: Compressed Sensing with Generalized Hebbian Algorithm (GHA) in Video Frame Prediction is proposed in the paper. After analyzing the inter-frame correlation among the images of video sequences, GHA, as neural network algorithm of PCA, is adopted to remove the transform coefficients with lower value according in order to implement video compressed sensing. Furthermore, for statistics of the adjacent frames are similar enough, the algorithm processes superiority in video frame prediction. Simulation results show that, the proposed algorithm can not only improve the reconstructed quality and the visual effects of the video sequence, but also save the sampling resources. Moreover, video frames can be predicted capitally through the application of the algorithm.
