Abstract: Whereas urgent needs of high-quality engineering and technical personnel and the current situation of higher education, the Ministry of Education appropriately proposed the training program of distinguished engineers. Based on the training object of high-quality applied talents and the requirement of education and training plan of distinguished engineers, we explore and practice issues as position of reform of the practice teaching, creation principal of education system of engineering training, how to improve the engineering practice and innovative ability of students and the means of university-enterprise cooperation, which we received better teaching results. Abstract: The traditional assessment to investment project is difficult to measure accurately the impact that AMT investment project brings to the region including in the social inviroment,regional economy and natural ecological environment,and so on. The theory of information entroy theory gives the weight to the index set according to the amount of information passed by the indexes,which would be more objective. In combine with the traditional AHP method the assessment could get the comprehensive quantitive conclusion judging through which the decision maker could make more wise.

Abstract: This article describes a quantitative approach for assessing the quality of training engineers. Authors propose the quality of knowledge to be a result of comparisons of current progress results with the normative ones. If the current results are close to the normative, the teaching can be considered to be qualitative. Using a quantitative device of the theory of intra and inter-subject relations (T.N. Gnitetskaya, 2005) the evaluation of connectedness of physics and mathematics courses for engineering specialties was held. The forgettingness parameter was calculated.

Abstract: With the development of Internet business applications, enterprises pay more and more attention to operations of e-commerce business. It is an important way of improving the practice of e-commerce teaching to take the enterprise business problems as a case and to enrich practice teaching material. In this paper, it refers to the study on reform of e-commerce teaching model, combined with the school’s teaching practice of e-commerce, and puts forward some ideas for reform of e-commerce practice teaching in order to play some positive impact on teaching in the future.

Abstract: With the development of market economy, the real estate industry has become a driving force of the pillar industry of China's economic growth. The residential housing casing is used to construct the index system of real estate development. And on the combination of factor analysis and cluster analysis, this paper studies the real estate development status of China with the SPSS. By extracting three main factors that affect the development of residential housing industry, and with the factor score, the real estate development status of the 31 provinces and cities nationwide are classified and sorted. Last the causes and results of the classification are analyzed, and some targeted countermeasures are proposed.

Abstract: Electro-mechanical system dynamics is a professional course of integrated post-graduate, it combined with basic theory and practical applications, it belongs to cross - disciplinary of mechanics and mechanical engineering, it not only has the highly abstract and exact science of basic theory , but also has the extensiveness and depth of the practical application.For graduate students’ strong interest and desire involved in taking part in the actual subject actively, electro-mechanical system dynamics course content and teaching model are reformed, case teaching method is introduced, assessment methods are innovated, enable students to master the problem-solving approach and apply it to their own research projects.At the same time,it also guides the students to discover and ask new questions from the actual phenomenon and achieves good results in the practice of the process in training research - oriented students.
