Abstract: The production mode of equipment manufacturing enterprise is large single-piece production driven by project for customer personalization. This is complex in a large project, where having so many involved resources, persons and content can become more difficult to manage. Whereas, the current project management system mainly focuses on some single functions and ignores the requirements of project lifecycle for process tracking management. Therefore, on the foundation of investigation and analysis, the models of material flow and cash flow are proposed to monitor the implementation process of project and developed a lifecycle-oriented Project Management System (PMS) by using ASP.NET platform and SQL SERVER database technology in equipment manufacturing enterprise. Finally, the application effect of PMS software in equipment manufacturing enterprise demonstrates its feasibility and effectiveness.

Abstract: The efficiency of intra-ship material handling system has a significant impact on naval ship operational effectiveness. Previous ship designs did not consider material handling systems very well. This paper focuses on material handling system as a man-machine-environment system, since material handling issues are global and complex. The methods of analysis and simulation are discussed, which are utilized for the operation process of material handling system. The optimization of operation process, transportation route and arrangement are then summarized. On this basis, the evaluation index system of material handling system is set up using Delphi method.

Abstract: At present, with the rapid development of manufacturing industry, the problem in the production process is constantly exposed. This kind of production system is very complicated that it is often the spatial variable, time variable and random variable interdependent dynamic problems. The computer simulation software is the one of the best effective way to find out the problems existing in the production process. This paper takes one product line as example, using Flexsim simulation software in the production line for modeling and simulation. Then the simulation test and simulation analysis is done to find out the bottleneck of the system. Finally proposal is given to solving the bottleneck problem, and Flexsim simulation of new distribution is proved that it could improve the efficiency of the production line.

Abstract: It is valuable for supply chain management to analyze and evaluate the operation performance of supply chain, and use timely and accurate operation state feedback to adjust the system to keep smooth running. Aiming at the complexity and uncertainty of supply chain, this thesis put forward a heterogeneous selective ensemble principle component analysis (PCA) algorithm based on fuzzy integral via Bagging ensemble learning. Besides, by using dimension reduction on high-dimensional data set, it realizes to extract the key factors of supply chain performance and breaks the bottleneck that problems in supply chain management cannot be recognized rapidly or analyzed by traditional performance evaluation method. According to the empirical research on survey data of supply chain performance at C Group, the algorithm is proved be effective.

Abstract: The green supply chain is subject to the attention of environmental management and supply chain management. It is contained all levels of "green" requirements from suppliers to consumers and it is a complex system. The green supply chain network formation is important to its objective. In this paper, the green supply chain network containing four levels including suppliers, manufacturers, consumers and recyclable waste collectors is designed. A multi-objective optimization model that captures the trade-off among the revenues, costs and environment influence is proposed. Then it is give an example of numerical analysis and get agents decision.

Abstract: With the rapid development of economic globalization and the increasing international competition, enterprises pay more and more attention to external resources in order to save costs and strengthen their core competitiveness. Thus, the supplier becomes one important competitive factor for manufacturing industry. Combining with the characteristics of the triple-A supply chain, enterprises are helped to evaluate and select suppliers with scientific and effective ways. Firstly, the three characteristics of the triple-A supply chain, including the agility, adaptability and alignment, were analyzed and studied; Secondly, a set of supplier performance evaluation system was designed on the basis of the triple-A supply chain theory, and the weight of index system was designed by using EAHP. Finally, numerical examples show that the selection of superior suppliers is provided a good support by the supplier performance evaluation system based on the triple-A supply chain.

Abstract: Congestion in wireless sensor networks can affect the networks performance seriously,not only it has impact on data transmission and the quality of service, but also wastes energy and shortens the network lifetime. Aiming at this issue, this paper proposed a cross-layer congestion control algorithm based on traffic prediction (CCATP), it can take congestion mitigation measures in advance according to the prediction result. CCATP comprises three mechanisms: (i) congestion prediction; (ii) local congestion control mechanism based on backoff time adjustment; (iii) transmission route selection based global congestion control mechanism; Simulation experiment results show that CCATP can reduce the packet loss number and improve the energy efficiency significantly, so as to effectively improve the service performance of network.

Abstract: The paper investigates the developing progress of express freight transport on high-speed railway at home and abroad. It is found that there are many successful cases for high-speed express freight transport products in foreign countries, suggesting the feasibility to carry out relevant services in China. Lack of advanced technology and effective operation management, the process of express freight transport on high-speed railway in China is postponed. After freight market demand analysis, the paper emphasizes on the infrastructures and running modes to analyze technical feasibility and on transport costs, efficiency and timeliness to analyze economic feasibility, ending with the conclusion that it is feasible for China to carry out express freight transport on high-speed railway, combined with some construction recommendations.

Abstract: In the market economy, wholesale industry is showing its important status and role on merchandise distribution. However there are some phenomenons that hindering behind the development of wholesale industry, therefore solving these problems becomes important task. Commerce and logistics separation refers to the commerce and logistics separating in the time and space, logistics is no longer entirely depending on the transfer path of the commerce. It can obtain lots of benefits such as reduce the cost of storage, transportation, handling and logistics management. In order to promote the transformation upgrading of wholesale industry, several measures should be taken to allocate function of downtown business market and suburban logistics center rationally. The steps includes upgrading the wholesale market, developping the third party logistics, planning the logistics infrastructure synthetically, improving the logistics management level and enhance the informatization level of the related enterprises.

Abstract: More and more enterprises adopt e-business for procurement. Varieties of procurement modes can be controlled by different parameters, and different business processes are generated by the combination of parameters, but numerous optional parameters will increase the difficulty of the customer's choice. In order to solve it, we will use the C4.5 algorithm to analyze a procurement mode parameters correlation with the bidding results, and mine parameters combinations that suit for certain type of materials to provide customers with recommended parameter selection guide. Thereby it generates the e-procurement process meeting customer demand, and provides a good bidding result.
