Abstract: With the continuous development of education informationization, the network provided teachers with a rich repository of teaching. Determining how to quickly find the required for teaching resources, to achieve efficient and high quality lessons was particularly urgent and important. Taking psychology discipline as application background, this paper put forward the psychology teacher preparation platform based on SSH. According to the requirements of the psychological subject teaching and the integration points between different courses, built management sequence about word, sentence, paragraph, the central idea and the main meaning in teaching material articles, to provide a comprehensive and intuitive for psychology teachers orderly teaching resource database. The platform was mainly composed of six main function modules, such as knowledge structure management module, lesson dictionary management module, system information management module, user information management module, article management module and display management module. It can facilitate the teachers knowledge filtering and sorting of the article, thus generate personalized teaching courseware.

Abstract: In order to solve the problems in complex terrain modeling by computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation at prophase, such as difficulty in collecting data, tedious modeling process, wasting times and so on. In this paper, combined various commonly digital technology,and the transformation between the network terrain file and CFD (PHOENICS) solid model is realized by using a new set of outdoor complex terrain rapid digital modeling method. Take mountain city -Chongqing as an object to analyses the near-surface wind environment. The method is directly generated by the network terrain data without any screening or simplified. The virtual model can be matched the actual terrain with the extreme. By using the simulation cycle for complex terrain, time will be greatly shortened for urban planning.

Abstract: Cloud computing as a new network technology has been widely used in various fields, a important role of cloud computing is the storage and management for massive information data, therefore the cloud computing provides a good platform for data mining. This paper first describes simply on cloud computing, and then expounds and analyzes data mining application which based on cloud computing, finally introduces the data mining application based on cloud computing platform.

Abstract: This paper based on the ideology of cloud computing, using the cloud platform of Google App Engine and Web Services technology, utilizing the eclipse, Google Plugin for Eclipse and Java Web, building a sharing platform for university network teaching resources. The design and implementation of the system reduce the capital investment and the burden of system development and maintenance costs, and will bring a great convenience to teachers "teaching" and students "learning. Practice shows that the cloud platform of teaching resources has high stability and scalability than traditional services technology, and can provide new ideas for the system design, so online teaching resource sharing cloud model can be achieved.

Abstract: Based on fuzzy inference and gray neural network, indexes of early-warning system of carrying capacity in scenic spots is established and extract fuzzy rules based on historical data, simulate the early-warning system based on fuzzy inference, gray forecasting model is built for single feature index respectively, add a compensated error based on neural network. The prediction value equals to the output value of grey neural network model plus the compensated error signal. At last, takes Laolongtou scenic area as an example.

Abstract: Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) plays a vital role in mathematical and logistics research. Its a typical NP-Hard problem, and ant colony algorithm has been proven to be an effect way in solving these problems. An improved ant colony algorithm is proposed to solve VRP on the basis of depth analyzing VRP and ant colony algorithm. It proposes the mathematical model of VRP and designs an improved ant colony algorithm, considering the inefficient solving, easy to partial stagnation shortcomings of ant colony algorithm and the attraction, repulsion, time constraint phenomena in VRP. This paper redesigns the pheromone update rule and the state transition rule and then it makes a simulation experiment by MATLAB programming, the results show that the improved ant colony is feasible and very valid in solving VRP.

This paper describes the concept of Digital Earth and the environment construction of military application of Digital Earth. At last, this paper focuses on Digital Earth applications and application status in the military.

Abstract: According to the definition, objectives, and functions of the health care system, the performance of the system has been evaluated from the three aspects: effectiveness, equity, and efficiency. By replacement analysis and analytic hierarchy process, the model has been constructed. Considering the raw data and omitting life expectancy at birth and obesity rate, we find that some indicators are affected by the policy factor. Health care system in the United States has been compared with other countries which have different level by using the iteration model. The value of the evaluation function in the four countries is different, and the results show that the health care system in United States is the best among the four countries.

Abstract: Spatial Cognition ability reflects the level of real-time spatial orientation and situation awareness of pilots during flight, which is one of important factors that determines the level of flight ability. This paper explains the Spatial Cognition principle and training methods, and researches training methods of Spatial Cognition based on the 3D virtual geographic environment of Digital Earth, striving to break through bottleneck of the traditional Spatial Cognition training methods.

Abstract: Multiple Rounds Simultaneous Impact shooting method (MRSI) improved the hit projectiles greatly.It will effect the shooting effectiveness of Large Caliber Naval Gun weapon system.Based on the analysis of the priciple of Monte Carlo method,the consistent of shooting errors was given.Then built the configuration rules of aiming points,and given the Optimal configuration.Also the Monte Carlo method was adopt to calculate the shooting effectiveness of Large Caliber Naval Gun weapon system.The simulation results showes that MRSI shooting method could attack the moving targets effectively.
