Abstract: A new generation of crane controllers with higher reliability and controllability is designed compared with present home and abroad crane controllers. Its power unit is isolated from the control unit with optical fibers. It has two layers of power isolation. The voltage value of input signals is raised. The interference resisting capability is raised by replacing transistor circuits with PWM firing technology. There are six control points to control brakes. Besides, the control system reliability and performance are enhanced by superseding mere PID control with combination of PID control and stator current close loop. Tests proved the effectiveness.

Abstract: Polishing, a kind of finishing process done after machining is necessary to obtain a good surface roughness as well as the form accuracy. In this paper, instead of manual polishing work, a robotic polishing system is introduced. A trajectory generator needed for generating the robot polishing path are taken from the cutter location data generated from the postprocessor of a CAD system. Using the trajectory generator, the present polishing robot doesnt need the conventional complicated teaching process. Position interpolation algorithm between two CL data is proposed, and the robot control commands can also be generated using an industrial robot Motoman sv3.

Abstract: Dynamic optimization control algorithm is put forward for X-Y position table. Firstly, dynamics model of X-Y position table is established, then, RBF neural network with good learning ability is used to approach non-linear system. Optimization algorithm of network weights is designed to speed up the learning speed and the adjustment velocity. The control method is more effective to improve the control precision and has a good application value.

Abstract: Remote medical care system is a challenge to overcome time and space. In this study, the key is to how to correct the measurement signal is sent to a remote medical center, to allow doctors to carry out an initial diagnosis, and track the history of the disease. The proposed remote system is built on the integration of ecological multiple network protocols. These integrated network protocols, including TCP / IP, ZigBee, of RFID, and Bluetooth signals. This thesis is to use the Arduino hardware in the Mega 2560 as the integrated controller. Through the program drive the TX and RX coding, this study proposes a very efficient way to complete a multi-protocol integration of intelligent control. Finally, the simulation of remote medical devices to measure a patient's physical condition, including ECG, blood oxygen concentration, blood pressure and respiratory rate, and through Wi-Fi network traffic control, do the use of an integrated, intelligent home appliances and ZigBee.

Abstract: In order to achieve effective enterprise resource and energy consumption in the era of low-carbon economy, Chinas enterprises need to build SCRP (Supply Chain Resource Planning) platform system which serves the whole process of information sharing and resource sharing of supply chain, and thus to construct the low-carbon supply chain. A systematic structure of SCRP platform system has been provided in this study. Currently, it is important to improve the social acceptance and concept recognition of low-carbon supply chain and SCRP platform. It is also necessary to lower carbon dioxide emissions in whole supply chain.

Abstract: The content of this article is the proposal of process of the safety analysis for complex dynamic systems. The safety analysis is carried out in process of the proposal of control system for safety-critical processes. In preliminary hazard analysis is done the identifying all possible risks by PHI method. The PHA method is used to analyze these risks. The method of safety analysis depends on various safety-critical states of system which are system are controlled by models. We propose to use the method SQMD for modeling these states. This method combines qualitative and quantitative methods of modeling states and takes advantage of both methods. The model of the proposal is shown in the diagram. The article includes detailed description of the tasks for each step of analysis.

Abstract: The 21st century is the era of information technology. The library should follow the development of the times in this unprecedented wave of information technology as soon as possible to the digital library excessive. Digital libraries can provide readers with a faster, more efficient service, it better dissemination of scientific and cultural knowledge. In this context, we study and design of an intelligent library system based on RFID, it will point out a direction for the future development of the library. On the basis of a detailed study on RFID technology, a smart digital model of the library is proposed and a specific design method is given.

Abstract: Aiming at problems of repeated labor and low level of information sharing and integration degree in design process, an integrated design method based on MCSSMW (Multi Client Single Server Multi Workstation) work pattern for complex product is proposed. Integrated developing platform based on PDM was proposed after the detailed analysis of large-scale complex product modular decomposition mechanism and communication mechanism in distributed collaborative design. an integrated design platform for multi-user casting crane is developed, and the proposed method's validity is verified by the example.

Abstract: In this paper, according to the characteristics and influence factors of the distribution logistics and distribution center problem, a mathematical model of the distribution center of the LRTWP (Location and Routing with Time Window Problem) was established. An improved bat algorithm was used to solve the model, the parameter and selection operator in the algorithm is set reasonably. Simulations and results indicate that the improved bat algorithm has better feasibility and validity for solving the LRTWP.

Abstract: With the rapid development of online social networks, such as social network services, BBS, micro-blog and online community, et al., a two-way communication and new media age has been gradually coming. Each one can create their own content and publish the news quickly through online social networks on Internet. Thus, mass data has brought severe challenge to public opinion monitoring. As a kind of novel information computing model, cloud computing technology can effectively deal with the calculation and storage of mass data. In this paper, the public opinion monitoring model based on cloud computing environment is introduced, which can mine and analyze large scale collected data, realize detection and tracking of hot topics, perform social network analysis on the BBS and visualize the analysis results. The public opinion monitoring system based on cloud can provide timely sensitive information and deal with public crisis efficiently. Finally, the advantage is analyzed when cloud computing is applied to public opinion monitoring.
