Study on the Catastrophic Consequence and Countermeasure of Urban Civil Engineering

Abstract:

City is the centre of politics, economy and culture. With the development of modernization., the population and wealth largely gathers to the city. And the civil engineering is the focus of city modernization. When unexpected events occur, it will cause huge casualties and economic losses, affecting the sustainable and healthy development of a city. This paper introduces the development and countermeasures of disaster prevention and reduction domestic and overseas. And through the introduction of the emergency rescue system of the city pubic security, the intelligence city, the digital city, present the advises to improve disaster prevention and reduction.
