Abstract:

Firstly, the characteristics and the application of the common project management modes at home and abroad are simply analyzed. Secondly, the common project contract texts at home and abroad are compared and analyzed. Then the construction project management modes based on the contract text are discussed. Hope the research conclusions can give people some help.
