Early Quality Implementation Capacity Evaluation

Abstract:

With the developing of government supervision system, capacity to implement construction project quality evaluation is presented to ensure the project quality. Before construction, a comprehensive evaluation on the overall could help to get a comprehensive understanding of the main sectors of construction, which is an effective measure of government supervision system. This paper introduces the construction of the project evaluation system of implementation capacity before construction, detailing evaluation method, applying the method with an example.
