Abstract:

The management of Chinese Tourism Hotel facilities and equipment, many of which were built in the repair single-mode run, this situation must change. Continuity characteristics due to the operation of the tourist hotel facilities and equipment. To achieve scientific and efficient management of its facilities, the fundamental way out is to carry out preventive management ,when the Chinese tourist hotels in the operation of the process.. And to implement good preventive management, it is very necessary to do real good work around the hotel equipment onset of failure period, occasional failure and deterioration failure of these three stages .
