Abstract:

A large-scale power saving problem is of pressing importance today. Every branch develops its own key tasks and solutions oriented towards energy efficiency improvement. In this respect, actual means of power consumption decrease in civic and industrial buildings still are: creating of the power saving technologies; improvement of the technological schemes and constructions of the indoor climate support systems; application of the low-cost and fast-payback engineering solutions; system automation and technical equipment automation [1, 2].
