Abstract:

The class and sub-class of strategic emerging industry has been distinguished by using industry and product method. Then an input-output efficiency evaluation index system for strategic industry has been set up, and on the base of this by using DEA method the technical and scale validity has been evaluated, and the on the base of this the input redundancy and output shortage also has been analyzed.
