Research and Realization on the University Scientific Research Information Management System Based on Workflow

Abstract:

It is not only the technology trend to introduce the workflow technique into scientific research management of university but also the requirements of auto-processing of business process. The general activity model and structure of the university scientific research information management based on workflow is posed in this thesis. Furthermore, DEA method is imported into the evaluation of scientific research which overcomes the influence of human factors in the evaluation of scientific research effectively and the evaluation method and results are completely objective and transparent and thus it is equipped with the unparalleled advantage compared with the other methods.
