Abstract: Structured document plays a vital role in information carrier for realizing information exchange and dissemination in digital community. However, there is no prior work on discussing structured document model which appropriates for describing special characteristics of the structured document in digital community. In this paper, we present an appropriate structured document model which is elaborately described by formal method and based on the analysis of the special live characteristics of the structured document in digital community. And then, we design some suitable constraints in order to construct the well-formed structured document model.

Abstract: With the emergence of cloud computing, data center is becoming resource pooling and the applications are becoming multi-tenant and heterogeneous which make the server resource load balancing problem become more and more important. In order to resolve contradiction between the heterogeneous applications and sharing resource pool, we think this problem as a multi-dimensional variable vector packing model. For the NP-hard feature, we design a virtual machine scheduling strategy and it resolve the data center resource balancing problem. The experiment indicated that the algorithm can reduce the number of open physical machine to get the most of it and it not affect the physical machine utilization rate and interior load balancing.

Abstract: The algorithm of frequent-term based text clustering (FTC) can be applied to news topic clustering system, in order to help users locate interested topics and articles quickly. But it is difficult to set support threshold for mining association rules. This paper tries to build a word belief network, which satisfies basic rules of small worlds. So we can improve FTC algorithm with characteristics of small worlds and implement text clustering quickly. The paper puts forward an idea that adopts inverted index into this algorithm, which simplifies programming and improves operation efficiency. The experimental results verified that the system could find current hot news topics efficiently and users could locate their interested document collection.

Abstract: To solve the problems of manual management difficulty of chemical pump document in Sinopec Hubei Chemical Fertilizer Plant, a chemical pump document electronic management was developed based on PDM. Combined with the actual situation of the plant, the feasibility of the use of PDM in the Chemical pump documents management was analyzed in both necessity and possibility. Sinopec Chemical pump documents management system based on PDM was discussed in rights management, control management of documents and integration of designing software.

Abstract: Today, needs of an ergonomics rationalization and optimization of work conditions starting to be the top theme not only in Slovak republic but also in the whole central Europe. It is widely accepted that ergonomics helps to minimize the influence of risk factors which affect the creation of injuries and damage to health. Ergonomics also help to reach the higher effectiveness of human work and also the productivity of work. For the economic and all – society development is necessary step by step passing to the orientation of employees’ requirements analysis, because the employees are active in production and also in associated logistic processes. This orientation should finally lead to the direct improvement of work performance as well as to the development of employees’ intellectual capital [1]. This article is focused on introducing a database – analytical application Ergo&Log, which was created as a part of first author dissertation thesis outputs. Presented application is oriented to the identification and evaluation of employee harm and problems with musculoskeletal system. This application allows creation of databases, which are usable into the company as well as in national level and at the same time allows the realization of orientation ergonomic analysis.

Abstract: This paper conducts a study on the design and implementation of Assessment and Intervention of Sub-health Management Information System (AISH-MIS). A Lightweight Java EE framework based on the analysis of the Struts, Hibernate and Spring is introduced. Under this framework, the intermediate tier is divided into three layers, Web layer, Service layer, PO layer. With the multitiered framework, System has better maintainability and reliability. Furthermore, this paper present the modules diagram of the system and describes eight modules architecture.

Abstract: Traditionally, computer aided organic synthesis is based on the one-dimensional string model that employs string grammars to tackle the structure of molecular; the processing of organic reactions, and the establishment of the knowledge bases and file systems. Because of the limitations of one-dimensional method for tackling two-dimensional issues like organic syntheses, this paper presents a method for computer aided organic synthesis based on two-dimensional graph grammars. The method could apply the basic principle of the graph grammars to effectively and efficiently solve organic synthesis problems.

Abstract: Effectiveness evaluation of the information management system is very complicated. In order to solve this problem, a modified normal cloud model method is conducted in this paper. This method overcomes the shortcomings of traditional cloud gravity center method. The metrology information management system is taken as an example and the effectiveness of the method is verified. It provides a new way for the effectiveness evaluation of information management system.

Abstract: As the explosion of digital information in network, data de-duplication has been widely used in most backup systems to improve space efficiency. When only unique data segments are stored and shared by backup files, the reference information between the files and their data segments is becoming more and more important to track the data usage and reclaim of freed space. However, as the usage of multi-core and many-core, genereal Group Mark-and-Sweep method has some poor performance in concurrent reference updates due to the synchronization overhead. To alleviate this challenge, a Parallel Mark-and-Sweep mechanism has been exploied based on the research of DHT and similrity method. In our experiments with real-world datasets, it has shown a better performance comparing to the sequential method.

Abstract: This paper concentrates on the information management research articles collected from ISI WOS.Using the tool CiteSpaceII, time distribution, and organization distribution of information management research articles were analyzed respectively. Finally, the author presents research focus and research frontier in information management field. It also reveals the status quo of research on information management intuitively and provides a valuable reference to the current study in information management field in China.
