Abstract: In this study, by analysis of the value of public opinion, the node of the 30 the "PM2.5 Chinese name" event, the network cluster of public opinion, the event found examples to study its propagation characteristics. online public opinion perspective, build the adjacency matrix of a network cluster analysis; using four types of centrality and path calculation and analysis of network clusters presented key milestones, and critical path method. Calculated from the social point of view, the corresponding public opinion through the study guide and the entry point of the network cluster control, laid the foundation to further explore the online public opinion research in network cluster behavior patterns.

Abstract: Knowledge is a very crucial resource to promote economic development and society progress which includes facts, information, descriptions, or skills acquired through experience or education. With knowledge has being increasingly prominent, knowledge management has become important measure for the core competences promotion of a corporation. The paper begins with knowledge managements definition, and studies the process of knowledge discovery from databases (KDD),data mining techniques and SECI(Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) model of knowledge dimensions. Finally, a simple knowledge management prototype system was proposed which based on the KDD and data mining.

Abstract: With the development of Internet, mobile-Internet the increasing demand of communication, social media has become into a most famous form of media. Users of social media form networks based on their relationships and communications, which are of important value for the field of social media. Aiming to analyze the features of social media, taking Renren and Sina Microblog as the examples of domestic social network stations and Microblog, the article constructs three samples which are individual network of Renren, overall network of Renren and Attention network of Sina Microblog. After collecting the data, the article uses Gephi to measure and analyze the network features, after which it compares the network features of these three samples. Based on this analysis, in the role-playing analysis, the article states the role-playing based on the significance and sociality/media, which we call it tendency to connect. During the analysis it put forwards some practice suggestions. This template explains and demonstrates how to prepare your camera-ready paper for Trans Tech Publications. The best is to read these instructions and follow the outline of this text.

Abstract: Knowledge diffusion behavior in cluster innovation network was studied in this article from the perspective of social network theory, and the knowledge diffusion model in cluster innovation network was established, and we analyzed the model from the following three aspects by means of simulation: firstly, the influence of cluster innovation network structure (scale-free) on knowledge diffusion; secondly, the analysis of the main behavior characteristics of cluster innovation agents during knowledge diffusion process; thirdly, the influence of cluster innovation networks social effect on knowledge diffusion.

Abstract: This article studies the technical framework, management system and construction methods of One-Map project based on GIS and puts forward that One-Map project is a shared service platform equipped with dynamic updating mechanism to integrate all kinds of special achievements, on the basis of the core technology of digital city construction, with basic campus geographic information as the core. Taking Beijing Normal University as an example, information service pattern is realized systematically based on existing foundation and overall planning of Digital Campus to set up an integrated One-Map platform for special application integration by using technical means of information integration.

Abstract: In the semantic analysis and the pragmatic analysis, the knowledge representation of the context is a very important domain. For the representation of the context, traditional conceptual graph is very complex. Some problems of more nodes, conceptual graph multilayer nested, difficulties in connecting and matching of often appear. Especially when the statement includes the temporal, modal and negation, these defects are even more prominent. Aiming at the shortcomings, the knowledge representation of temporal conceptual graph is presented. First of all, the time interval and the temporal interval representation method of English tenses are defined. On this basis, it focuses on the simple matching rule and the structure of the temporal conceptual graph. Finally, the performance of traditional conceptual graph and temporal conceptual graph are compared through an essay. The results indicate that the temporal conceptual graph is propitious to the semantic analysis and the pragmatic analysis.

Abstract: The methods of personnel selection in Human Resource Management can not meet the screening requirements of academic standards and influence about the scientific and technological talent engaged in graphene research, and it is difficult to obtain a comprehensive worldwide information to researchers in the field of graphene. The article utilizes visualization software CiteSpaceIIbased on knowledge mapping, takes the theme of grapheme included in Web of Science as data resources, to draw and analyze knowledge maps of the grapheme field literature, and explores the region distribution, main knowledge cluster, representatives, classic literatures, research front and trends in the grapheme field. This can help us to grasp the whole development of the field. Moreover, this can provide the decision making support for introduction of high-level scientific and technological talent.

Abstract: This paper explores the explicitation strategy (one of the translation universals) in the political text .We adopt the quantitative and qualitative methods in the present study with the help of the self-compiled corpus to detect if the explicitation strategies of personal pronouns is prominent in the Selected Works of Deng Xiaoping, Volume III (1982-1992). It is found that the percentage of the personal pronouns were added or explicated purposely all together come to all most 31% compared with the total number of 5024 aligned sentences in the corpus.

Abstract: This paper proposes a novel approach for word sense disambiguation (WSD) in English to Thai. The approach generated a knowledge base which stored information of local context and then applied this information to analyze probabilities of several meanings of a target word. The meanings with the maximum probability are translated as Thai meaning of that English target word. The approach has been evaluated by analyzing the percentage of accuracy of the target word translation in each paper. It also compared the accuracy with Google translation. The experimental results indicate that the proposed approach is more accuracy than Google Translation by using paired T-test statistic equals to 6.628 with sig. = 0.00 (< 0.05)

Abstract: Many works have been done in the methods of improving performance by proposing new speech characteristics and new perception measurements. However, they only focus on one of the two aspects. In this paper, we try to study the relationship between them. That is, we discuss which acoustic features or their combinations are the most consistent with the real perception of Chinese initials. We propose a method that can measure the acoustic distance and keep it monotonically related to the perceptual distance of Chinese initials. We first define the acoustic distance and perceptual distance between different Chinese initials, and single out a proper combination of acoustic features and two compatible distance metrics by conducting clustering analysis on the samples of all types of Chinese initials using MFCC and PLP. Based on the data provided by the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army, we then calculate the acoustic distance and perceptual distance. Finally, we calculate the Spearman's rho between two types of distance corresponding to the two calculation method. The experiment results show that there is a relatively high strength of monotonic relationship with the selected acoustic features between two types of distance.
