Research on Network Layout of Provincial Highway Emergency Material Reserve Center

Article Preview

Abstract:

In China, provinces are the basic units for carrying out the highway emergency material reserve layout. From the perspective of resource distribution, this paper applies the modern location theory, operation research, the optimal path search and other technologies to establish the provincial highway emergency material layout optimization goal and to construct the related algorithm. Furthermore, Jilin Province is taken as an example to prove the validity and reliability of the algorithm. This paper tries to offer the theoretical guarantee for the provincial research of emergency materials reserve network and to provide the guideline for the related management and development.
