Abstract: The earth is a complex network. This paper establishes a system dynamics network to measure the earths health.We set up a 3 layers network (earth layer, main system network and subsystem network). The earth layer reflects the global health condition directly. The main system network includes 4 interrelated elements (population, economy, resource and environment). The subsystem network includes elements in detail. We build the network based on the system dynamics, taking internal and external dynamic relations into account. We use the Simgua software to test and simulate our model. Parameters in global model are determined by historical data. Then, we simulate the global model and analyze the earths health trend. Besides, we introduce an evaluation model to forecast the tipping point and estimate the earths health. We get a fitting equation by multiple linear regression. This equation predicts and the tipping point. Health conditions are divided into 4 levels according to. Last, we use the Monte Carlo methods to analyze the sensitivity of nonrenewable resource and get that nonrenewable resources change makes a greatest impact on Industrial output.

Abstract: Taking Wuhan City as an example, this paper studied the environmental emergency monitoring and management system (EEMMS) based on GIS technology systems and brought out the frame model of the system combined with the practice. The application of EEMMS model can provide fast, feasible methods for emergency monitoring in sudden environmental pollution accident and timely, effective, scientific technical support for decision-making of the environmental emergency management system.

Abstract: Mine environmental geological assessment usually uses the expert subjective assignment to determine the weights of affecting factors, but the mine environmental geological problems are the result of many factors. Each factor is complex on the suitability of the influence factors, and the factors interrelate and restrict each other, so the human factor is of great impact. Take the geological quality evaluation of the mine environment of Shanxi, Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia mining area as an example, this article discusses in detail the process of determining the weights of evaluation factors by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which increases the scientific nature of the assignment and reduces the subjectivity, which achieves satisfactory results.

Abstract: Fuyu oil layer in Changyuan of Daqing is a strategic area for Daqing oil field to increase and stabilize production at present, but its reservoir is structured mostly by riverway sand bodies. The sand bodies are thin and change with complexity, so they are difficult to identify. Through PNN probability neural network, and combined with the seismic multi-attribute and earthquake frequency division data, wave impedance inversions are implemented, and the maximum correlation coefficient is 0.517 if a single attribute is described and it is raised to 0.773 by linear weighting, and also 9 independent attributes are used for PNN network training so that a more complex nonlinear relationship is obtained. Then, the correlation coefficient continues to increase until 0.869, so that the spatial distribution characteristics of the sandstones in the study area are accurately described. This indicates that the PNN neural network inversion based on the integration of seismic multi-attribute with frequency division RGB can play an obvious effect in the areas of thin and changing sand bodies, and can meet the needs of the oil field exploration and development.

Abstract: Passenger flow is the circulating with purpose which is formed by human beings who want to achieve all kinds of trip activities through the help of various transportations. It is an important studying content in controlling the city traffic as well. As for the necessary monitoring of passenger flow, the primary condition is grasping the precise passenger flow data and mapping out an effective monitoring plan based on the facts and data. The paper first introduced the necessarily in monitoring and the appliance of usual calculating method of passenger flow. Based on this, the paper also put forward the managing and analysis of data information in the calculating methods of passenger flow monitoring, which is hoped to be helpful in the future research.

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to solve the talent-post matching problem of material warehouse. From basic quality, job quality, ability quality 3 respects, the index and standard of talent-post matching degree was analyzed. The talent-post matching model of Material warehouse was build by using the method of support vector machine. An example of verification was given. The results show that the model can accurately evaluate the talent-post matching degree and has very important significance on the management of human resources of Material warehouse.

Abstract: The monitor accessories are of vital importance to determine whether monitors could accurately display real-time data, which has a direct impact on the correct diagnosis of clinical personnel. The author has engaged in nursing work for more than a decade, and is now Director of Nursing Department, fully aware of the importance of care for patients at all times in nursing. A great many medical problems now in particular make me feel a great sense of responsibility. Mindray care accounts for more than 80% of the total care in this hospital. With the example of Mindray care accessories, it gives an introduction of the way to recognize accessories to assist clinical in judging whether monitor accessories are genuine; in case of the current use speed of administrative office in using accessories, it generally needs to reserve a certain amount of dynamic volume. Reserve standard of nursing work in our hospital is basically to utilize consumption material numbering date combined with recipient date to determine accessories warranty period and give full play to the equipment, so as to make our clinical nursing work better.

Abstract: The use of construction work performance and service life depends directly on the quality of construction and building construction technology management level. If the building construction unit is unable to ensure the improvement of the quality of construction, it is bound to waste more physical, human and financial resources, and competition in the market is always in a passive position. Quality construction has not reached the demand, the consequences will be self-evident, that is it will shorten the life of the building, slowing the progress of the construction works, construction works explicit and hidden disease prevalence. Abstract: We discuss the application of internet of things (IOT) in the management of urban infrastructure and study critical technology in IOT. As an important component and critical technology in IOT, radio frequency identification (RFID) system provides an effective method to detect, monitor or control the object and is composed of tag, reader and antenna. At last we design a compact microstrip antenna with low cost and small weight for a RFID system in IOT which can also be used in narrow-band wireless communication.
