Abstract: This paper proposes causality model of qualitative simulation for construction enterprise core competence; then knowledge representation and methods of conversion for variable, filtration methods of qualitative branches and steps of qualitative simulation are designed; additionally results of simulation are analyzed. The simulation results can be intuitively represented by curve in which elements of construction enterprise core competence and the overall level change with the internal and external conditions. Peak value and valley value of construction enterprise core competence fluctuation curve provide decision support for manager to develop and timely adjust enterprise development strategy. Finally a simulation example is given to explain simulation process and result analysis.

EAM can effectively improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance, reduce maintenance and repair costs, improve asset reliability and value.

Abstract: In this paper, a decision ma;king model for faulted equipment maintenance ordering is established using the theory of fuzzy mathematics, and also a new method of maintenance ordering is proposed. Example analysis proves that a good effect is achieved by this method.

Abstract: The accident happens sometimes in the oil industry and that the Human errors (HEs) are studied and used in the petroleum field is fewer. Then, the paper analyzes the early achievements and finds that most of the studies are aimed at the operation behavior but not the operator. So, using probability theory, the paper discusses the HE Causes and the relationship between human behavior and the accident, and it presents the error state evaluation model of organization and the evaluation model of the number of operators doing Error. According to the evaluation models, the management can get the risk status of accident of an organization.

Abstract: Since reform and opening, water conservancy and hydropower construction industry become more competitive. Water conservancy and hydropower project construction involve a wide range, which is an extremely complex and comprehensive process. It coupled with the production flow of water conservancy and hydropower projects, structure type, quality requirements, construction methods, construction period, and the natural conditions in different situations, which all directly affect the construction quality of the project. This article outlines the construction of water conservancy and hydropower project management features, and discussed ways and means of quality control.

Abstract: Thermal power generation is a complex production system, and electric operation is an important work. The generating capacity of Zhangjiakou power plant is 2400 thousand kW, ranking the third in our country. Its technology and equipment and the process are representative. In order to ensure the safety of the electrical operation, on the basis of analysis of accident cases for more than ten years, using the method of system analysis, this article summarizes the risk factors and control measures of electrical operation. With strict implementation, the electrical accidents of our planet will decrease year by year.

Abstract: This paper use artificial bee colony algorithm (ABC) to solve dynamic economic dispatch (DED) problem in wind power integrated system for generating units with value-point effect and system-related constrains. The feasibility of the proposed method is validated with ten-unit-test systems for a period of 6 and 24 hours respectively. The effectiveness and feasibility of the artificial bee colony algorithm are demonstrated by comparing its performance with improved particle swarm optimization. Numerical results show that the ABC algorithm can provide accurate dispatch solutions within reasonable time for certain type of fuel cost functions.

Abstract: Building inspection on heavy machinery is an important link in the safe use of the equipment and is directly related to the safe use of equipment. But this link is the most ambiguous in the current building lifting equipment supervision. Abstract: Resonance transformer design is a large-scale and complicated management process. With the improvement of science and technology in China, and the application of modern professional, factory, mechanical and information means provides sufficient science and technology basis for the transformer design level. Grounded in the environment of electronic linear accelerator, this thesis could change the current situation of imperfect transformer management. This thesis elaborates the background and significance of electronic linear accelerator in resonance transformer design, proposes the purpose and main content mode of resonance transformer design, gives a detailed introduction of the frame and functions of all modules of PSCAD simulation experiment, and finally makes relevant discussions of the application of resonance transformer.

Abstract: The cable grading perforating technology is a segmental perforation technology used in oil and gas wells, particularly suitable for the perforation development of shale gas horizontal wells. The cable grading perforating technology takes use of multi-level gun string structure, perforating in the three-core cable conveying way, connected the ground monitoring instrumentation, perforating gun and graded perforation initiation control device by cables, to achieve the purpose of grading perforation. This technology has practically applied in Daqing Oilfield, after several times onsite tests, obtained the success of application of the cable grading perforating technology.
